The research aims to apply the activities of the green value chain as one of the modern administrative techniques that economic units resort to develop solutions to the pollution problems that occur due to the activity of economic units and their products that may cause damage to the environment as well as the waste of natural resources and to identify the production of environmentally friendly products and reduce the costs of environmental failure of both types Internal and external that may be borne by economic units such as taxes, fines and compensation due to nonobservance of environmental requirements and the preservation of human health and protection of the environment. To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach of the theoretical side by relying on Arabic and foreign books, letters, university theses, articles, research and periodicals related to the topic of the research. Engineers and employees of the aforementioned company. The study concluded a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is an effect of green value chain activities in reducing the costs of environmental failure if mechanisms and materials that take into account the environment and human health are used by reducing waste and recycling products to preserve the environment and natural resources. In light of these conclusions, many recommendations were reached, the most important of which is that the economic units must apply value chain activities when producing products to obtain environmentally friendly, nonpolluting products that do not cause harm to humans and contribute to avoiding economic units from being subjected to fines, taxes and penalties by complying with the requirements Environmental.

As regional development, as a matter of course, poses a number of systemic, scientific and political problems. While the issue of development is primarily at the national level to the limits of World War II in the industrialized world and to the 1960s borders in most Third World countries, the increasing awareness of regional disparities has led to the regional issue Were taken into consideration in the early 1960s and 1970s in most industrialized and developing countries alike. The local issue was only introduced in the early 1980s. The awareness of regional disparities and the fact that the regions do not have the same potential and that some regions have the resources to enable them to develop, grow and develop, unlike other r

« This paper presents the indicators of the development of excellent public relations in the institutions of higher education that are possible for three contextual variables: institutional, professional, professional, and effective communication. Therefore, the study used six indicators to measure the excellent public relations in institutions of higher education and scientific research. These indicators are based on the theory of excellence in public relations . Research Objectives: The aim of the research paper is to uncover the institutional, professional, and professional indicators of effective communication of excellent public relations in higher education institutions. There is no doubt that many studies have preceded me in talking about chalk, each according to his own destination and view, and what I do not deny is that I benefited a lot from it, and it provided me with a lot of valuable information, and I liked to be one of those study pens, trying as much as possible To add something new and different in the study, far from similarity and repetition. Especially in the Abbasid study.
The babble in the Abbasid society was d

Three plant species were picked randomly and their alcoholic extracts have been screened to know their effects on the phagocytic capability and intracellular killing of yeast by human peripheral macrophages. Macrophage cultures were incubated with different concentration of each plant extract: for 15 min., 30 min .and 45 min. The phagocytes activity in Iresine herbstii extract was significantly (p?0.05) increased with increasing dose and time of incubation. In Mentha piperita extract, increasing in dose and time of incubation leads to elevate phagocytic capbility, especially in the dose of 20% and 25% of plant extract, perhaps because the antimicrobial and antiviral activities of this plant, as well as strong antioxidant and antitumor act

As a particular type of adverbials , emphasizers form part of a major syntactic class. This study, thus, introduces the topic by first discussing a grammatical category characterized by being mobile and optional. The paper duly shows the scaling effect of emphasizers, their kinds and the transformational selectional rules that are operative in moving them to the right or left of the VP. It also handles their syntactic role as modifiers, their syntactic features, their occurrence or non- occurrence with negation and imperative and the position they occupy in the sentence. The paper also dwells on the agr

A C1- map f : M M is called transversal if for all m N the graph of fm intersect transversally the diagonal of MM at each point (x,x) such that x is fixed point of fm. We study the minimal set of periods of f(M per (f)), where M has the same homology of the complex projective space and the real projective space. For maps of degree one we study the more general case of (M per (f)) for the class of continuous self-maps, where M has the same homology of the n-dimensional sphere.
