This research aims to prepare exercises of varying resistances and muscular work exchange for 200m freestyle swimmers, in addition to these exercises’ effects on physical adequacy and the time needed to complete this distance. The experimental method is the basis for the design of the experimental group and the control group of a 100% intentionally chosen sample from a community of  elite-youth swimmers of 200m freestyle swimming for the sport season of 2020-2021 at the Police Sports Club. The research problem dealt with the concept of the effectiveness of the symbol, the monodrama, and the working levels of the symbol in the monodrama texts of the author, in addition to the disclosure of the artistic vision embodied by the playwright in the use of the symbol within the literary product, as well as the development of the creative process. e current research aims to know the effect of fishbone strategy on achievement of chemistry and visual thinking among middle school students, the research sample consisted of 89 students divided into two experimental groups consisting of 44 students who studied fishbone strategy, and a control group that consisted of 45. A student studied in the usual way; the two groups were rewarded in a number of variables, and the researcher built two tools for the research: the first is an achievement test consisting in 30 paragraphs, and the second is a visual thinking test consisting in 18 paragraphs.
