ان الغرض من الدراسة الحالية هو التعرف على سمة القلق لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات. ولقد استعمل مقياس سبيلبيرجر الذي تكون من (20) فقرة على عينة مقدارها (135) طالبة من كلية التربية للبنات في جامعة بغداد. واظهرت النتائج ان سمة القلق عند الطالبات عالية و فسرت هذه النتيجة بناءً على نظرية سبيلبيرجر ونظرية التحليل النفسي  وقد اتفقت هذه وبعض  ماجاءت به الدراسات السابقة, وقدمت الدراسة الحالية جملة من  التوصي

This research aims to identify the level of Voluntary work among university students, and explore the statistical differences of voluntary work among students due the gender and major. A total of (400) male and female student from morning study were selected as a sample to achieve the research's objectives. Al-Malaki (2010) scale was adopted to collect the required data. The results revealed that men take massive part in voluntary work than women, and students of human sciences showed significant differences than those of other majors.

The research aims to measure the impact of envy on job stress because the topic of envy represents a negative emotion that exists at all organizational levels, which may cause stress in the work environment.

A survey to show the reality of educational guidance in schools in Baghdad Rusafa 3\ from the point of view of educational guides. It used the analytical descriptive technique. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of  Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.
