 This study is aim to :

• Put a standard to evaluate the altruistic behavior in kindergarten children.
• Know level of the altruistic behavior in the kindergarten children according to their mother "s points of view.

This research aimed at identifying the factors that affecting in the recruitment of a teaching staff for the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in university teaching at the University of Khartoum. This study aimed to reveal the stage for teachers of basic training needs from the perspective of workers in Mafraq Governorate, through a survey of a sample of counselors look at the Ajloun area schools reached (58) counselors.
