The biological activity of vitex agnus castus L. was tested which including the following extracts: essential oil extract, methanol extract, (70%), ethanol extract( 70%), flavonoid extract and volatile oils extract were tested against many types of bacteria which are Staphylococus aureus , Bacillus pumilus, Escerichia coli,
Pseudomonas, Enterobacter and Streptococcus sp., The results of this study showed difference activity of these extracts .The flavonoid extract considers the best activities which gave inhibition zone (20) mm on E. coli, Pseudomonas ; Staphylococus aureus of (15) mm on Bacillus pumilus and (9) mm on Streptococcus sp. Ethanol extract gave inhibition zone (15) mm on Staphylococus aureus, (11) mm on Streptococcus sp. (

Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.

The transfer of chemical pollutants from bottled water into water due to heat, sunlight and poor storage is one of the most serious threats to human health around the world, the objective of this study was to estimate the pH value and the transport of heavy metals from plastic bottles to water, for this purpose, 30 bottles of water for 10 local brands were collected and divided into three groups, the first was left at room temperature 25°C, The second was placed in a heat oven at 25°C and the third in another oven at 50°C for two weeks.                This paper studies the effect of the solar indices (total sunspot no., solar wind density and coronal mass ejection linear speed) on F₂- layer electron density, as well as, the comparison of seasonal variations of electron density of F₂- layer, N_mF₂, for Mars at local noontime and for maximum and minimum solar cycles.                  

 Results show that there is an inverse correlation between sunspot number, solar wind density, CME linear speed and ionosphere electron density for Mars, at maximum and minimum solar cycles. This correlation is clear when electron density is at minimum value.

Eighty five samples were taken from patients suffering from pneumonia. Seventy-eight isolates were diagnosed as following: Staphylococcus aureus (23), klebsiella pneumoniae (29), Streptococcus pneumoniae (15), Serratia sp.
