In study of effective bioactive compounds, we have synthesized the Co((ІІ), Mn(ІІ), Fe(ІІ), Cu(ІІ), Ni(ІІ), and Zn(ІІ) complexes of the Schiff base derived from trimethoprim and2'-amino-4-chlorobenzophenone and characterized by spectroscopic (NMR, IR, Mass, UV–vis,), analytical, TGA studies and magnetic data .The solution electronic spectral study suggests the stoichiometry of the synthesized complexes and Elemental analysis detected the square planer and octahedral geometry of the compounds. The prepared metal complexes presented promoted efficiency versus the screened bacterial (Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus) antibacterial efficacy against (Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., E. coli, Vibrio spp., Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Vibrio parahaemolytics, Aeromonas spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., and Bacillus spp.) and and fungal strains (Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Pencillium spp., Candida albicans, Trichophyton as liken to free ligand [TMAB]. Moreover, results of the DNA-cleavage efficiency propose which [TMAB] and its metal complexes can cleave CT-DNA at various degrees. In this paper a hybrid system was designed for securing transformed or stored text messages(Arabic and english) by embedding the message in a colored image as a cover file depending on LSB (Least Significant Bit) algorithm in a dispersed way and employing Hill data encryption algorithm for encrypt message before being hidden, A key of 3x3 was used for encryption with inverse for decryption, The system scores a good result for PSNR rate ( 75-86) that differentiates according to length of message and image resolution.
The gravity anomalies of the Jurassic and deep structures were obtained by stripping the gravity effect of Cretaceous and Tertiary formations from the available Bouguer gravity map in central and south Iraq. The gravity effect of the stripped layers was determined depending on the density log or the density density obtained from the sonic log.
