The study aims to enrich the information of planners, policymakers, and water resources managers for planning and operating dams. This research aims to address the following question: What are the environmental, economic, and social impacts of the construction and operation of dams on the environment and society? The study assumes that good management is the ideal solution to solve the problems of negative effects resulting from the construction and operation of dams. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach in studying the positive and negative impacts of Haditha Dam and the government's role. A questionnaire was conducted for 30 specialists in urban and regional planning to find out the most important strategies for sustainable management. The questionnaire was validated and reliable to ensure the validity of the questions selected for the study. Cronbach's alpha value (α = 0.82) was good and acceptable. The study concluded the importance of involving stakeholders in the planning and decision-making process, with a survey response rate of approximately 70%. Sixty percent of respondents believe that monitoring and decision support systems represent a challenge for decision-makers in the sustainable management process. The study recommends the importance of enhancing local community participation and improving focus on sustainability mechanisms to achieve maximum benefit from dams for society. The research recommends enhancing the contribution of the local community in the decision-making process and conducting a “follow-up” to assess the environmental impact, economic returns, and social impacts resulting from the operation and construction of the dam. © (2025), (International Information and Engineering Technology Association). This research includes the synthesis of some new N-Aroyl-N \ -Aryl thiourea derivatives namely: N-benzoyl-N \ -(p-aminophenyl) thiourea (STU1), N-benzoyl-N \ -(thiazole) thiourea (STU2), N-acetyl-N ` -(dibenzyl) thiourea (STU3). The series substituted thiourea derivatives were prepared from reaction of acids with thionyl chloride then treating the resulted with potassium thiocyanate to affored the corresponding N-Aroyl isothiocyanates which direct reaction with primary and secondary aryl amines, The purity of the synthesized compounds were checked by measuring the melting point and Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and their structure, were identified by spectral methods [FTIR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR].These compounds were investigated as a

This art began to move to other continents and develops and progresses due to the artist’s connection to the surrounding technological and intellectual development, as art became more outgoing and liberated, it helped the artist to create and innovate in his designs. In this research, he focuses on modern performance methods through which print paintings can be produced through design elements, especially calligraphy, to create aesthetic and creative effects in the productive work. The current research aims to identify the various perfo

Historical fashion aesthetics are adapted to design drawings. The experimental method was followed and a sample of 31 students in the department of fashion and textile design, third level were selected. Each student carried out two original historical and contemporary design. The models were executed two times: one with the usage of the program and the other without program help. The tools that were used are the program, the scale, the pre-skill test, and the post-skill test. One of the most relevant results of the research is the possibility of using historical costumes to highlight creativity and innovatio

Materials and methods: Resin blocks with 30 straight and 30 curved were used in this study. Each canal has two parallel lateral canals. The main canal has 0.3 mm apical diameter and 0.04 taper. The canals were divided into six groups according to canal curvature and obturation techniques used (n=10): Groups C1 and C2: straight and curved canals obturated with continuous wave technique using E&Q masterTM system. Groups O1 and O2: straight

The plethora of the emerged radio frequency applications makes the frequency spectrum crowded by many applications and hence the ability to detect specific application’s frequency without distortion is a difficult task to achieve.
The goal is to achieve a method to mitigate the highest interferer power in the frequency spectrum in order to eliminate the distortion.
This paper presents the application of the proposed tunable 6th-order notch filter on Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) Low Noise
Objectives: to evaluate patient knowledge with hemodialysis and to determine the effectiveness of Self-regulation Fluid Program on Patients with hemodialysis self-efficacy for fluid adherence in Al-Diwaniyah Teaching Hospital.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental design (two group design: pre-test and post-test) was used. This study was conducted in Al-Diwaniya Teaching Hospital for the period from (15th of October 2018 to 20th of May 2019) on a non-probability (purposive) sample consisting of (60 patients) treatment in hemodialysis units. A questionnaire was built as a data collection tool and consisted of four parts:
First part: Demographic characteristics of the pati
