The tourism industry has become, currently, an art, an industry and a science. It is also one of the components that make up touristic regions. Tourist attractions are no longer the exclusive visits of museums and archeological sites, but also involve other service facilities. It is, therefore, imperative that the authorities should become aware of the degradation of tourist resorts and prevent them from getting worse. Moreover, the authorities should take a set of decisions concerning the protection of the urban aspect with its historical, social, and environmental dimensions, as well as, adapting it to the modern requirements that can bring comfort to the citizens and tourists at physical and psychological levels.

The study was conducted in the poultry field of the Department of Animal Production/ College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences/ University of Baghdad/ Abu Ghraib, for the period from 28/04/2022 to 08/06/2022 to demonstrate the effect of adding a mixture of Lion’s mane Hericium erinaceus and Reishi Mushroom Ganoderma lucidum to broiler's diets on productive performance, 120 one day old Ross 308 breed broiler chicks were used in the experiment, with (10 birds / replicate) with an average starting weight of 49.95 g. Therefor it is important to control its spread using ecology friend’s factors like bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis and fungi Beauveria bassiana. Results revealed that the direct effect of Bacillus thuringiensis on the larvae led to the high mortality (100%) during 3 days while Beauveria bassiana have a cumulative effect on the Mosquito stage lifecycle; 7.3 X 104 more significant effect in the first day but there was no significant in the other days of treatment. Thirty one  samples of gum swabs were collected from patients with tooth caries (5-30 years old)  from the College of Science (Biology department )- University of Baghdad- Iraq for the period from October 2018 to December 2018. , The samples were transported, after inoculation in a transport media (nutrient broth), to the laboratory of the College of Science and then cultured on mannitol salt agar and  blood agar).
