The study conducted to demonstrate the effect of copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) on the seminal vesicle and testosterone hormone of males' albino mice. Twenty mice were used and divided into four groups control group and three groups that orally administrated with 100 mg/kg Cu-NPs for 7, 14 and 21 days and each group have 5 animals. Then, the blood was withdrawn from the animals to measure the level of the hormone testosterone in the next day after all the dosages period and then the animal was sacrificed. Infection with the protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii is widely prevalent in humans and animals. Infection with Toxoplasma may associate with miscarriage in many pregnant women due to infection. In this study, the level of lutetropic hormone (LTH), folliclestimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) was measured in pregnant women suffering from toxoplasmosis using mini-VIDAS®technique. Results showed that pregnant women have high concentration of both LTH and FSH hormone(10.80 ± 6.53) ng/ml and (9.51 ± 2.40) μIU/ml respectively, while the concentration of LH hormone was lower than normal(4.49 ± 0.56) μIU/ml. Such finding is to suggest that infection with T. gondii is interfering with these hormones in pregnant women.

We studied in this research how to find a method of estimating the quantity (Kinetically) of three kinds of Insecticide and their mixture, which are used in agriculture. The extracted insecticide from the polluted samples with these insect from air, soil, and the leaves of trees, have be used into the reaction with H2O2 and benzedine.
