This research aims to know: 1- The effect of using the Flanders model in expressive performance and the development of divergent thinking among the fifth-grade literary students. The design and construction of an optical communication system was carried out

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.
