In this paper, we propose a new approach of regularization for the left censored data (Tobit). Specifically, we propose a new Bayesian group Bridge for left-censored regression ( BGBRLC). We developed a new Bayesian hierarchical model and we suggest a new Gibbs sampler for posterior sampling. The results show that the new approach performs very well compared to some existing approaches.

The objective of this paper is to study the stability of SIS epidemic model involving treatment. Two types of such eco-epidemiological models are introduced and analyzed.     HIV is a leading cause of death, in particular, in Sub-Saharan Africa. In this paper, a fractional differential system in vivo deterministic models for HIV dynamics is presented and analyzed. The main roles played by different HIV treatment methods are investigated using fractional optimal control theory. We use three treatment regimens as system control variables to determine the best strategies for controlling the infection.
