Abstract

The Holy Quran is the greatest motivator for the mind to keep pace with life. The doctrine of faith is a requirement of logic and wisdom, and it cannot be reached by the hand of superstition. The Qur’an destroyed the principle of superstition in the verses of the creation of the universe. The principle of inactivity of the Qur’an is a false accusation that collision with the texts of the Qur’an. Objective(s): To measure the level of job satisfaction and job performance of nurses and to find out
the association between participants' socio-demographic characteristic of nurse and their job
satisfaction and job performance.
Methodology: A descriptive analytic study design was carried out to measure the nurses' level of job
satisfaction and job performance in Al-Suwaira general hospital and to find out the association between
nurses and their socio-demographic characteristic. The study was started from March 5th, 2017 to
September 31th, 2017. The sample was Non - probability (purposive) sample of (100) nurses were
selected according to the study that are actual working in nursing department in Al-Suwaira General<

HCl is separated from HCl –H₂SO₄  solution by membrane distillation process(MD). The flat –sheet membranes made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and polypropylene (pp.). The earthly music has a clear influence on the religious music in the musical culture to read and recite the Holy Quran in the city of Baghdad.   This research deals with this subject in an attempt to reveal the influence of the Iraqi maqam in the recitation of Hafiz Khalil Ismail. The methodological framework of the research included the problem of research and its importance as it is useful to the Iraqi schools concerned with the recitation of the Holy Quran in Iraq. The theoretical framework included three sections that serve the literature of its subject: the first is (Iraqi maqam), the second is (the recitation of the Holy Quran) and the third is (the biography of Hafez Khalil Ismail).

Recently, some of Iraq's newly constructed asphalt concrete pavements showed premature failures with significant negative impacts on roadway safety and the economy. Using Nano hydrated lime (NHL) in pavement construction could be one of the possible steps to improve pavement durability. This article discusses how NHL affects the durability of hot mix asphalt.
