The aim of this research is to find out the impact of cognitive incompatibility schemes on the development of creative thinking skills among first grade students.
To prove the objective of the research, the researcher put the following hypothesis:
There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group who study the history of ancient civilizations according to the patterns of cognitive conflict and the average grades of the control group students who study the same subject in the usual way in the test of post-creative thinking skill

ABSTRACT this paper extends the literature on the elements and effect of financial literacy by investigating the elements of financial literacy and the impact of financial literacy on financial inclusion and savings. This research confirms the results of researches of other economies but exposes some dissimilarities as well. This study aims to (1) identify the level of job enrichment and organizational cynicism among workers in some youth and sport forums, and (2) identify the influence the job enrichment in the organizational cynicism from their perspective. A descriptive survey was used to guide this study. The study included 478 workers who were randomly selected from the youth and sport forums in Baghdad City in 2019. The Job Enrichment Scale and the Organizational Cynicism Scale were used. Data were analyzed using the statistical package for social science, version 26.
