To synthesize new hydrazone derivatives of naproxen with enhanced anti-inflammatory activity and devoid the ulcerogenic side effects. Hydrazones were synthesized by conjugation of naproxen hydrazide with seven natural and synthetic aldehyde and ketone by using glacial acetic acid as catalyst. The synthesis has been carried out following simple methodology in excellent isolated yields. The structure of the synthesized derivatives has been characterized by elemental microanalysis (CHN), FTIR Spectroscopy, and other physicochemical properties. The anti- inflammatory activity of the synthesized compounds was evaluated in vivo using the egg-white induced edema model in rats, and the results of the biological assay was found to be comparable to Nap

The structural and sensing properties of SnO2 thin films for CO2 gas was studied before and after annealing ,as well as we studied the effect temperature annealing on grain size for prepared thin films .
Induced EF is among the most important of advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) It was employed to treat different kinds of wastewater. In the present review, the types and mechanism of induced EF were outlined. Parameters affecting this process have been mentioned with details. These are current density, pH, H2O2 concentration, and time. The application of induced electro Fenton in various sectors of industries like textile, petroleum refineries, and pharmaceutical were outlined. The outcomes of this review demonstrate the vital role of induced EF in treatment of wastewater at high efficiency and low cost in contrast with conventional technique

1-[4-(4-Acetyl-2-hydroxy-phenylazo)-phenyl]-ethanone (L1) and 1-[3-Hydroxy-4(4-nitro-phenylazo)-phenyl]-ethanone (L2) were readied by combination the diazonium salts of amines with 3-hydroxyacetophenone. (C.H.N) analyses, infrared spectra, UV–vis electronic absorption spectra, 1H and 13CNMR spectral mechanisms are use to identified of the ligands. Complexes of Ni+2 and Cu+2 were performed as well depicted. The formation of complexes has been identified by using atomic absorption of flame, elemental analysis, infrared spectra and UV-Vis spectral process as well conductivity and magnetic quantifications. The geometry of azo compounds was resolved on the basis of (C.H.N) analyses, 1H and 13CNMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic mechanisms. Complexes of La (III) and Rh (III) have been performed and depicted. Show MoreA new poly chain derivative of polyacrolein has been synthesized from the two basic precursors, polyacrolein and aromatic amine/substituted amine in chloroform to prepare poly Schiff base compounds (A1-A4). The novel poly subs.β-lactam derivative is obtained via coupling of poly schiff base with chloroacetyl chloride and trimethylamine (B1-B4). Newly synthesized compound was identified via spectral methods; their [13C-NMR, 1H-NMR, and FTIR] also measurement of some of its physical properties. Furthermore the inhibition effect of synthesized compounds (B1-B4) on the corrosion of stainless steel in 1N HCl was studied by wight loss method. The results of weight loss measurements showed that corrosion inhibition efficiency by increasing the co

Pulsed Laser Deposition PLD was used to deposit thin films of different doping ratio In2O3: SnO2 (0, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 % wt.) on glass and p-type wafer Si(111) substrates at ambient temperature under vacuum of 10-3 bar thickness of ~100nm. X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy were used to examine the structural type, grain size and morphology of the prepared thin films. The results show the structures of thin films was also polycrystalline, and the predominate peaks are identical with standard cards ITO. On the other side the prepared thin films declared a reduction of degree of crystallinity with the increase of doping ra

The effects of substrate temperature on the structural, optical and electrical properties of SnO2 films have been investigated. The XRD result shows a polycrystalline structure for SnO2 films at substrate temperature of 673K. The thickness of the deposited film was of the order of 200 nm measured by Toulansky method. The energy gap increases from 2.58eV to 3.59 eV when substrate temperature increases from 473K to 673K .Electrical conductivity is 4.8*10-7(.cm)-1 for sample deposited at 473K while it increases to 8.7*10-3 when the film is deposited at 673K
Objective: The objective of the present study was to design and optimize oral fast dissolving film (OFDF) of practically insoluble drug lafutidine in order to enhance bioavailability and patient compliance especially for a geriatric and unconscious patient who are suffering from difficulty in swallowing. Methods: The films were prepared by a solvent casting method using low-grade hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC E5), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (SCMC) as film forming polymers. Polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400), propylene glycol (PG) and glycerin were used as a plasticizer to enhance the film forming properties of the polymer. Tween 80 (1% solution) and poloxamer407 were used as a surfactant, citri
