This paper proposes a new method to tune a fractional order PID controller. This method utilizes both the analytic and numeric approach to determine the controller parameters. The control design specifications that must be achieved by the control system are gain crossover frequency, phase margin, and peak magnitude at the resonant frequency, where the latter is a new design specification suggested by this paper. These specifications results in three equations in five unknown variables. Assuming that certain relations exist between two variables and discretizing one of them, a performance index can be evaluated and the optimal controller parameters that minimize this performance index are selected. As a case study, a third order linear time invariant system is taken as a process to be controlled and the proposed method is applied to design the controller. The resultant control system exactly fulfills the control design specification, a feature that is laked in numerical design methods. Through matlab simulation, the step response of the closed loop system with the proposed controller and a conventional PID controller demonstrate the performance of the system in terms of time domain transient response specifications (rise time, overshoot, and settling time).

The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of listening to music or Quran in reducing cancer patients’ anxiety before chemotherapy administration. Reducing anxiety in people with cancer, prior to chemotherapy administration, is a crucial goal in nursing care.
An experimental comparative study was conducted.
A simple randomization sampling method was applied. Two hundred thirty‐eight people with cancer who underwent chemotherapy were participated. They are assigned as Quran, music and control groups.

A new turbidimetric-flow injection method is described for the determination of chlorpromazine HCl in pure and pharmaceutical preparation. The method is characterized by simplicity, sensitivity and fast, it is based on formation of ion pair compound between chlorpromazine HCl and Potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) in an acid medium for the formation of greenish yellow precipitate. A newly developed analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity for the determination of metoclopramide hydrochloride (MCP-HCl) in pure and pharmaceutical preparation via turbidimetric measurement (0-180o) by Ayah 6SX1-T-2D Solar cell-CFI Analyser. The method was based on the reaction of phosphomolybdic acid with metoclopramide hydrochloride in acidic medium to form yellowish white precipitate for the ion-pair complex.
