تم ت داول مصطلح الأزمة ا دلولية في السياسية ا دلولية خال القرن التاسع عش ر لتحدي دا ملدة الانتقالية بين السلم والحرب سواء أ دت الأزمة إلى نشوب صراع مسلح أم مت ت ت سويتها بالطرق السلمية، وتع دالأزمة ا دلولية مرحلة مت هيدية ل لحرب وهي ا رملحلة التي يسعى فيها أ طرا فالأزمة إلى إبعاد احتمالية نشوء أ و اندلاع الحرب، فالأزمة ه ي مدة حرجة ومرحلة خطيرة بين وقتي السلم والحرب، إن العلاقات ا دلولية تكاد ت عيشأ زمات متلاحقة على النحو الذي جعل من ه ذه الأزمات ا دلولية ظاهرة متكررة ت ظه ل رلوجود وتفرض نفسها على الواقع ا دلولي وتشكل في الوقت نفسه نقطة تحول في مسار العلاقات ا دلولية الطبيعية وبالشكل الذي ضت ع صناع القرار في موقف يصعب التعامل معه بنجاح. ووسط عالم يتعافى من دت اعيات جائحة كورونا، جاءت الأزمة الأوكرانية ل تتصدر ا ملشه دوسط ت حليات كثيرة بأن العالم يتجه نحو إعادة ت شكيل النظام العا ملي، من نظام حاول منظرو العلاقات ا دلولية، من ا دملرسة الأمريكية ا ملهيمنة على حقله، أ ن يصوروه أ حادي القطبية إلى نظام متعدد الأقطاب، وسط استدعاءات مل فهوم الحرب الباردة بكل ت جلياته، وعجز واضح مل نظمة الأمم ا ملتحدة ا ملعنية بإقرار الأمن والسلم والاستقرار والتعاون ا دلولي عن التعاطي الفعال مع الأزمة بفعل الخلل البنيوي في هيكلها، الذي كثيرا ما طالبت العدي دمن دول العالم، ب رماجعته وإصلاحه، وعالم كان يتطلع نحو ت حقيق العدالة واستعادة حقوق شعوبه ا ملهدرة في التنمية ا ملستدامة

Abstract
In the present work, thermal diffusivity and heat capacity measurements have been investigated in temperature range between RT and 1473 K for different duplex stainless steel supplied by Outokumpu Stainless AB, Sweden. The purpose of this study is to get a reliable thermophysical data of these alloys and to study the effect of microstructure on the thermal diffusivity and heat capacity value. Results show the ferrite content in the duplex stainless steel increased with temperature at equilibrium state. On the other hand, ferrite content increased with increasing Cr/Ni ratio and there is no significant effect of ferrite content on the thermal diffusivity value at room temperature. The adsorption efficiency was investigated using various factors such as adsorbent amount, contact time, initial concentration, and temperature. Optimum conditions for acids removal from its aqueous solutions were found to be adsorbent dose (0.2 g), equilibrium contact time (40 minutes), initial acids concentration (0.005 M). Heavy metal consider as major environmental pollutants. Many of industrial wastewater effluents contain a wide range of these heavy metals. The adsorption of Cd2+ and Pb2+ metal ions from aqueous solution by activated carbon was studied. The results showed that maximum adsorption capacity occurred at 486.9×10-3 mg/kg for Pb2+ ion and 548.8×10-3 mg/kg for Cd2+ ion. The adsorption in a mixture of the metal ions had a balancing effect on the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon. The adsorption capacity of each metal ion was affected by the presence of other metal ions rather than its presence individually.
