The research starts from a fundamental problem about how top management team can realize the uncertainty. Strategic conversation has been introduced as a way for top management team to deal with uncertainties. Within the current research model, the strategic conversation was considered as an independent variable and uncertainty as dependent variable. The researcher used the survey method by distributed a questionnaire in the Administration and Economics College, University of Baghdad. Samples are 40 faculty participant of scientific committee members were distributed in seven scientific departments. The data were statistically analyzed by mean and the standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested through the use of correlation and regression analysis. The researcher found a significant correlation between the strategic conversation and uncertainty. In regression analysis we found significant effect between strategic conversation and (state, effect) uncertainty and not significant relationship with (strategic, structural, functional) uncertainty.

Acinetobacter baumannii ability to form biofilm makes it to be opportunistic pathogen causing of nosocomial infections and to be good survivor in adverse environmental conditions including medical devices and hospital environments. The cytotoxicity of different concentrations of purified methionine γ- lyase from Pseudomonas putida on cancer cell lines (RD, AMN3 and AMGM) at 96 hr was studied. The bacterial enzyme with concentration 1000µg/ml was revealed highly cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines in comparison with other concentrations whereas slight cytotoxicity was observed on normal cell (REF).
