The aim of the present study is to provide the adequate knowledge about the role of time management in facilitate the work requirements for employees of the administrative department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The research depend on studying four important dimensions which are (time planning, time organization, time direction and time observation). In addition to study other five dimensions which are (new procedures, clear procedures, short procedures, the available information and the simplicity of the methods

used).Questionnaire sheets consist of (38 questions) distributed to (170) employees and (146)  sheets only were considered in the study. SPSS program was used

some ecological (physical and chemical varible) of water samples were studies monthly from December 2008 to May 2009 at two stations( St.1) Al - Chibayesh marsh and (St.2) Abu – Zirik marsh which are located in the south of Iraq . These variables included : Temperature, pH, EC, Dissolved oxygen , Total alkalinity, Nitrate, Sulphate, and phosphate, Si-SiO2 and Ca ,Mg, Cl, The marsh Considered as fresh water and alkaline. Abstract The present work included morphological, anatomical, and palynological characters for the new species Acaalypha australis L. specimens, which belong to the family Euphorbiaceae. The species recorded in the study for the first time in Iraq. The plants of this species are annual herbs with green, striated or sub – polygonal stem, and branched near bases, Leaves are simple spirally alternate and lanceolate in shape. Flowers are unisexual, arranged in the axial of distinct leafy and cordate bracts, female flower arranged at the bracts bases and each flower with trileafed perianth and superior ovary with trilobed stylar stigma which has dense and coiled stigmatic hairs.
