Identify the psychological impact of the pacification program with the use of herbs is applied to some physiological variables among the badminton players. The study was conducted on players badminton's (12) player and use the experimental method using a calm mental using herbs, then recognize that the players affected by the situation of tension before the game and program prepared contains many relaxation exercises (deep breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, physical exercises massage) with the use of medicinal herbs sedative after identifying the physiological effects are under study (Black Lafracin, Plantago Sinani big ,altarjan) where given one cup of herbs before the program (30) minutes. The effect of superficial gas velocity within the range 0.01-0.164 m/s on gas holdup (overall, riser and down comer), volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient, liquid circulation velocity was studied in an internal loop concentric tubes airlift reactor (working volume 45 liters). It was shown that as the usg increases the gas holdup and also the liquid circulation velocity increase. Also it was found that increasing superficial gas velocity lead to increase the interfacial area that increases the overall oxygen mass transfer coefficient. The hydrodynamic experimental results were modeled with the available equations in the literature. The predicted data gave an acceptable accuracy with the empirical data.

The objective of this study was to investigate the prophylactic roles of human enteric derived Lactobacillus plantarum L1 (Ll) and Lactobacillus paracasei L2 (L2), on EHEC O157:H7 infection in rodent models (In vivo). The Lactobacillus suspensions (L1 and L2) were individually and orally administered to experimental rats at a daily two consecutives of 100 μl (108 CFU/ ml/rat) for up to two weeks. Thereafter, on the 8th day of experiment rats were orally challenged with one dose infection of EHEC (105 CFU/ml/rat). Animals mortality and illness symptoms have been monitored.
