In this study the adsorption of cefixime on to selected Iraqi clay bentonite. The aim of this study is to search for selective active surface in adsorption of the drug and to act as physical antidotes in treatment of poisoning if the drug is taken in quantities higher than the recommended dosages. Quantitative estimation of the drug adsorption has been done by utilizing the technique of UV spectrophotometry in λmax (273) nm at different conditions of temperature (25, 37, 45) ˚C found the adsorption decrease with increase the temperature. Aluminum alloy 5052 had been anodized by sulfuric acid as an electrolyte under constant voltage and the anodic oxide film produce will be testing by potentiostatic anodic polarization .Two variables, which were considered as important variables, were studied. These variables are anodizing time 15,30 min. and sealing time 10,20 min., and the test by potentiostatic anodic polarization through electro chemical polarization measurements in solutions of 1N na2so4 ( PH= 1 ). The results are discussed in light of the rate of ionic current flow through the coating during anodic polarization measurements.

Ameloblastic carcinoma is a rare malignant odontogenic tumor that is further classified into being primary or secondary arising from a preexisting benign ameloblastoma. It affects the mandible in two thirds of the patients. there is no standard treatment protocol for this lesion but radical surgical excision with or without radiotherapy is reported in the majority of cases. In this paper we present a case of a 60 year old female diagnosed with ameloblastic carcinoma of the mandible that was treated by radical resection of the mandible with selective neck dissection and postoperative radiotherapy.
