( RTRS).
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out at two Teaching Hospitals with kidney transplant
centers. Surgical specialties and Al-Karama outpatients,
clinics for ( RTRS) ,and three Teaching
Hospitals; Medical city, Al-Karama and Al-Yermok which were responsible for immunosuppressive
drugs distribution .Starting from October ,1st
2006 to the end of July 2007.To achieve the objectives
of study, a non-probability (purposive) sample of 150 ( RTRS) who were attending to the outpatient
clinic of the above listed hospital were selected according to the criteria of the study sample .

This paper presents a linear fractional programming problem (LFPP) with rough interval coefficients (RICs) in the objective function. It shows that the LFPP with RICs in the objective function can be converted into a linear programming problem (LPP) with RICs by using the variable transformations. To solve this problem, we will make two LPP with interval coefficients (ICs). Next, those four LPPs can be constructed under these assumptions; the LPPs can be solved by the classical simplex method and used with MS Excel Solver. There is also argumentation about solving this type of linear fractional optimization programming problem. A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of allopurinol drug was investigated. The proposed method was based on the reaction of the intended drug with catechol and Fe(II) to form a blue soluble complex which was measured at λmax 580 nm. A graph of absorbance versus concentration shown that Beer’s law was obeyed over the concentration range of 2–10 μg ml–1 with molar absorptivity of 9.4 x 103 l mol–1 cm–1 and Sandell sensitivity of 1.4 x 10–2 μg cm–2. The fouling depositions of crude oil stream were studied theoretically in a shell and tube heat exchanger to investigate the effect of depositions on the heat transfer process. The employed heat exchanger was with steam flowing in the inner tubes and crude oil in the shell at different velocities and bulk temperatures.
