The story of Peter Pan is considered one of the immortal tales that has been read and watched over many generations, and many of the events of the story have been changed over time to suit the time in which it will be read, and this is what will be discussed in this paper in addition to identifying the writer‟s life and the extent influence on Peter Pan. Time in the story of Peter Pan is particularly important because the story changes its events during that time in proportion to the era in which it is in, as there have been many changes in all events and characters to suit the reader. The Umayyad poets tried to invest all artistic tools in order to achieve a measure of creativity in their texts. The phenomenon of visual composition is breaking the familiar writing system, with the aim of increasing the number of possible connotations. Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level.
