Recently, Qatar, a well-known oil production country, has been convinced as a successful case in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) as a smaller economy. This paper aims to investigate how FDI inflows affect Qatar’s business cycles. Time series data was selected from 1990 to 2010 as available. The VAR Impulse Responses and the Granger Causality test were mainly employed by using Eviews. The derived result shows that the FDI inflows and the economic growth in Qatar interact with each other in a relatively long term.

A potentiostatic study of the behaviour of Inconel (600) in molar sulphuric acid has been carried out over the temperature range 293-313 K. Values have been established for the potentials and current densities of the corrosion, active-passive transition, passivity and transpassive states. For corrosion, the current density (ic) and potential (Ec) have been determined from well-defined Tafel lines.   A factorial experiment was conducted at the laboratories of the College of Agriculture – Kerbala University during 2016. The aim was inhibitory efficiency for some aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Cumin, Fenugreek, Sweet Fennel and Black cumin in growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Results of Lab the extracts alcoholic, Concentrations 10, and 20 μg/ml giving to the highest percentage of inhibition from water extracts for both types of bacteria. Alcoholic extract of cumin highest percentage inhibition and concentration reached 23 and 26 mm, respectively, for the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, while the bacteria Escherichia coli giving the alcoholic extract of the concentration of 20 μg/ml

Calculations of sputtering yield for Lithium,Sodium and Krypton bombarded by the same own ions are achieved by using TRIM program.The relation of angular dependent of sputtering yield for each ion/target is studied. Also, the dependence of the sputtering yield of target on the energy of the same ion is discussed and plotted graphically. Many researchers applied polynomials function to fit the sputtering data from experimental and simulation programs, however, we suggest to use Ior function for fitting the angular distribution of the sputtering yield. A New data for fitting coefficients of the used ion/target are presented by applying used function for the dependence of the sputtering yield on the ion energy.
