The paper establishes explicit representations of the errors and residuals of approximate
solutions of triangular linear systems by Jordan elimination and of general linear algebraic
systems by Gauss-Jordan elimination as functions of the data perturbations and the rounding
errors in arithmetic floating-point operations. From these representations strict optimal

The algorithms have been written in Matlab language. The state-space equation is the modern representation to the analysis of continuous-time system. This study presents an adaptive control scheme based on synergetic control theory for suppressing the vibration of building structures due to earthquake. The control key for the proposed controller is based on a magneto-rheological (MR) damper, which supports the building.   In 2010, the tomato leaf miner Tuta absoluta (Meyrick, 1917) was reported for the first time in Iraq. The larvae can feed on all parts of tomato plants and can damage all the growth stages. The main host plant is tomato, Lycopersicon esculentum, but it can also attack other plants in Solanaceae family.
