   Finite element method is the most widely numerical technique used in engineering field. Through the study of behavior of concrete material properties, various concrete constitutive laws  and failure criteria have been developed to model the behavior of concrete. A feature of the Finite Element program (ATENA) is used in this study to model the behavior of UHPC corbel under concentrated load only. The Finite Element (FE) model is followed by verification against experimental results. Some variable effects on the shear capacity of the UHPC corbels are also demonstrated in a parametric study. A proposed design equation of shear strength of UHPC corbel was presented and checked with numerical results.

The thermal performance of three solar collectors with 3, 6 mm and without perforation absorber plate was assessed experimentally. The experimental tests were implemented in Baghdad during the January and February 2017. Five values of airflow rates range between 0.01 – 0.1 m³/s were used through the test with a constant airflow rate during the test day. This study is due to insufficient development of the issues of initial training in tennis at youthful (student) age. Objective: development of a methodological and scientific-methodological base of students' tennis with current trends in tennis. Summing up the best practices of modern tennis, we came to the conclusion that the formation of the art of reflection backhands in teaching beginner students of sports specialization to achieve future success. In modern conditions in the development of Russian tennis student opens the possibility of using new technologies and programs. Using these approaches, we have developed a training program and tested students' tennis in the pedagogical experiment, which resulted in its effectiveness.

A simple, accurate and rapid method for separation and determination of most commonly usedinsecticides in Iraq [thiamethoxam (Thi), imidacloprid (Imi), indoxacarb (Ind), and abamectin (Aba)] ispresented. The separation was performed by gradient reversed-phase high performance liquidchromatography on a C18 stationary phase column. The method was developed and validated. The-1mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water using gradient flow. The flow rate was 1.0 mL min .The optimum temperature of separation was 25 ºC. The detection was performed at multiple wavelengths.The analysis time was up to 10.5 minutes with retention times of 3.221, 3.854, 6.385, and 9.452 min for-1the studied insecticides. This paper presents thermal characteristics analysis of a modified Closed Wet Cooling Tower (CWCT) based on heat and mass transfer principles to improve the performance of this tower in Iraq. A prototype of CWCT optimized by added packing was designed, manufactured and tested for cooling capacity of 9 kW.
