New, simple and accurate batch and flow injection spectrophotometric
methods have been developed for the determinationsof tetracycline
hydrochloride (TCH) and doxycycline hyclate (DCH) in pharmaceutical
preparations. The methods are based on diazotization of
metchlopramide and coupling reaction with either TCH or DCH in alkaline
medium to form yellow–orange water soluble dye with absorption maxima
at 414 and 436 nm for TCH and DCH, respectively. A graphs of absorbance
versus concentration show that Beer’s law was obeyed over the
concentration ranges of 1 –52 μgmL-1 TCH and DCH for batch method and
of 8 – 240 μg mL-1 TCH and 5 – 350 μgmL-1 DCH for FIA method. The

In this study, an analysis of the synoptic characteristics, causes and mechanisms of Kahlaa tornado event was carried out. This tornado occurred on 10:30 UTC (1:30 pm Iraq Local Time) on 14 April 2016 to the north of Kahlaa town in Maysan governorate. We analyzed surface and upper charts, weather conditions, the damage indices, the dynamical features and the instability of the tornado. The analysis showed that there was a low pressure system which was an extension of the Monsoon low in addition to a supercell thunderstorm and a jet stream aloft. Carbamazepine (CBZ) is one of many anticonvulsants used to treat trigeminal neuralgia and epilepsy. Antiepileptic drugs (AED`s) are the second most important class of medications that lead to hepatotoxicity and induced liver injury, this study was conducted to evaluate the effects of CBZ on the liver. A total of 40 female mice were taken and divided into four groups (A/treated for 14 days, B/ control, C/ treated for 30 days, D/ control), the drug was given as an oral suspension formula 100mg/5ml at dose 20 mg/kg/mouse via gastric gavage daily for 14 and 30 days. Methotrexate (MTX) was used for treatment of malignancies and now is widely used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this research the evaluation of the effects of MTX on some liver enzymes and lipid profile was studied. Twenty four adult female mice divided into three groups (8 mice each). The first two groups were treated with MTX while the third group was used as a control. Electrochemical corrosion of hydroxyapatite (HAP) coated performance depends on various parameters like applied potential, time, thickness and sintering temperature. Thus, the optimum parameters required for the development of stable HAP coatings was found by using electrophoretic deposition (EPD) technique. This study discusses the results obtained from open circuit potential-time measurements (OCP-time), potentiodynamic polarisation and immersion tests for all alloy samples done under varying experimental conditions, so that the optimum coating parameters can be established.
