The First World War (1914-1918) was one of the most atrocious events in human history in which millions of people were killed and injured. Young men were widely recruited through a very strong persuasive propaganda, which portrayed the war as an opportunity for young men to defend their country and raise its banner high in the battlefields, prove their bravery and heroism, enjoy the adventure of action and taste the delight of battles. Coupling reaction of 2-amino benzoic acid with the 8-hydroxy quinoline gave the azo ligand (H2L): 5-(2-benzoic acid azo )-8-hydroxy quinoline.Treatment of this ligand with some metal ions (CoII, NiII and CuII ) in ethanolic medium with a (1:2) (M:L) ratio yielded a series of neutral complexes with general Formula[M(HL)2],where: M=Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II), HL=anion azo ligand (-1).The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption,FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements.

Two series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives at the sixth position of the 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol group were synthesized.

ان الحكمة من تشريع العبادات هي ربط المخلوق بالخالق بصورة دائمة ومستمرة لأجل سعادة هذا المخلوق في الدنيا والاخرة ، فكل عبادة فيها من الغايات والمقاصد التي تحفظ للإنسان فكره وعقله واخلاقه وكرامته وكل ما يملك من حاجات مادية ومعنوية وروحية ، فالعبادات وخاصة اركان الاسلام هي تشريف وتكريم للعباد قبل ان تكون تكليفا ، يسمو الانسان من خلالها فكريا وعقليا وقلبيا
