This study aims to know the degree of importance and the availability of the enhancing specifications of the educational process, and the way its objectives are achieved. Such a step involves using educational techniques, laying the selection foundations, knowing the methods of their employment and tracking the obstacles that limit this employment in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. To achieve these objectives, the study followed a descriptive approach, and collected the necessary data through an integrated questionnaire prepared for the purpose of describing the phenomenon or topic. This approach was adopted, as it is characterized by being comprehensive, focuses on collecting data related and necessary to the topic under study.

The social networking sites have brought about fundamental changes and a qualitative shift in the marketing industry and its strategies. The Iraqi ministries have used this site i.e. Facebook to spread and disseminate values in order to consolidate it in Iraqi society which has witnessed many changes in all aspects of life.

   The researcher studies the pages of both ministries to know the values contained in the publications of the pages of these two ministries, the quality of grooming as well as the forms in which these values are marketed.

La pronunciación forma la manera principal del estudiante de una lengua extranjera, su medio para ganar la confianza del interlocutor nativo. Por eso es inevitable, para las nuevas ediciones de los libros del español como ELE, seguir y adaptar las nuevas modificaciones aprobadas por la R.A.E. en su última edición de Ortografía. La enseñanza de un idioma presupone el desarrollo sistemático de habilidades intelectuales y prácticas para aquellos que aprenden dicho idioma.
