Most Internet of Vehicles (IoV) applications are delay-sensitive and require resources for data storage and tasks processing, which is very difficult to afford by vehicles. Such tasks are often offloaded to more powerful entities, like cloud and fog servers. Fog computing is decentralized infrastructure located between data source and cloud, supplies several benefits that make it a non-frivolous extension of the cloud. The high volume data which is generated by vehicles’ sensors and also the limited computation capabilities of vehicles have imposed several challenges on VANETs systems. Therefore, VANETs is integrated with fog computing to form a paradigm namely Vehicular Fog Computing (VFC) which provide low-latency services to mobile vehicles. Several studies have tackled the task offloading problem in the VFC field. However, recent studies have not carefully addressed the transmission path to the destination node and did not consider the energy consumption of vehicles. This paper aims to optimize the task offloading process in the VFC system in terms of latency and energy objectives under deadline constraint by adopting a Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm (MOEA). Road Side Units (RSUs) x-Vehicles Mutli-Objective Computation offloading method (RxV-MOC) is proposed, where an elite of vehicles are utilized as fog nodes for tasks execution and all vehicles in the system are utilized for tasks transmission. The well-known Dijkstra's algorithm is adopted to find the minimum path between each two nodes. The simulation results show that the RxV-MOC has reduced significantly the energy consumption and latency for the VFC system in comparison with First-Fit algorithm, Best-Fit algorithm, and the MOC method.
ABSTRACT
The multi-drug resistant efflux pump is a glycoprotein pump whose function is to push foreign substances. The efflux pump is found in humans, animals. It also has wide-ranging properties in bacteria and fungi. They are found in all species of bacteria, and efflux pump genes can be found in bacterial chromosomes or mobile genetic elements, such as plasmids. The most sensitive function that leads to a global problem is its resistance to antibiotics in bacterial cells, which increases the ability to bacteria from becoming strong virulence factors that most or all antibiotics cannot kill. It also has othe

Abstract:
The great expansion of teaching skills requires finding ways and methods to help teachers acquire experiences of all kinds. The researcher found in the subject of the teaching skills for teachers in public and private schools a fertile field for conducting a study that enables the measurement of these skills. Thus, the study aims to identify the skills of teaching lessons for teachers, the difference in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the years of service, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the specialized teachers and non-specialized teachers, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the public and private school. The current research variables have received increasing attention in the recent period because they are one of the important issues affecting the future of organizations, as a result of the speed of environmental variables that have greatly affected organizations and for the purpose of explaining the relationships and links between research variables, as this research presents a test "the type and direction of the relationship between strategic foresight capabilities As an independent variable and green creativity "as a respondent variable. A set of questions has arisen about the basic research problem, including what is the nature and level of interest in the research variables (strategic foresight capabilities an

The research hypothesis is whether the modern state’s orientation towards exploiting a modern energy source such as geothermal energy contributes in some way to achieving another source of energy and benefiting from it to enhance the building of a new type of state power from buried energy sources? And does artificial intelligence technology contribute to solving a specific problem by exp
