In this study, SnS thin films were deposited onto glass substrate by thermal evaporation technique at 300K temperature. The SnS films have been prepared with different thicknesses (100,200 &300) nm. The crystallographic analysis, film thickness, electrical conductivity, carrier concentration, and carrier mobility were characterized. Measurements showed that depending on film thickness. The D.C. conductivity increased with increase in film thickness from 3.720x10-5 (Ω.cm)-1 for 100 nm thickness to 9.442x10-4 (Ω.cm)-1 for 300 nm thicknesses, and the behavior of activation energies, hall mobility, and carrier concentration were also studied.
The technical of Flame Thermal Spray had been used in producing a cermet
composite based on powders of stabilized zirconium oxide containing amount of
Yatteria oxide (ZrO2- 8Y2O3) reiforced by minerals powders of bonding material
(Ni-Cr- Al- Y) in different rates of additions (25, 35, 50) on stainless steel base type
(304) after preparing it by the way of Grit Blasting.
Before heat treatment, the coated cermet layers were characterized for porosity
and electric resistivity. All samples were heat treated in vacuum furnace at different
temperature and times. The physical tests had been operated after heat treatment
and gave best results especially porosity, which found to be reduced dramatically
and producing hig
The efficient behavior of a low-concentrating photovoltaic-thermal system with a micro-jet channel (LCPV/T-JET) and booster mirror reflector is experimentally evaluated here. Micro-jets promote the thermal management of PV solar cells by implementing jet water as active cooling, which is still in the early stages of development. The booster mirror reflector concentrates solar irradiance into solar cells and improves the thermal, electrical, and combined efficiencies of the LCPV/T-JET system. The LCPV/T-JET system was tested under ambient weather conditions in the city of Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, and all data was recorded between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Parametric studies were conducted to compare the performance of the LCPV/T-JET system
... Show MoreThe reason behind choosing this topic " internal marketing (IM) of human resource management (HRM)" is to highlight the advantages of using IM in the organization framework. The problem of the research paper lies in not paying enough attention to employees genuine needs as they interact with each other in the sake of organization prosper. This research paper can be used as indictor to expose the weaknesses that the organization encounters daily. The current research paper attempts at examining the possibility of developing philosophy of internal marketing of human resources and its most practices, empowering staff, training courses, motivations and recognitions, and within departments communication, in order to reach targeted res

An oriented quartz single crystal was used as a substrate to deposit Zn metal by controlled thermal evaporation to achieve single crystal films of Zn that are subsequently evaluated by x-ray powder diffraction.
The Contemporary Business Environment is Surrounded by many quick and continues variable and changes which has an effect on the economic units. These variables and changes like the high competition which need many tools to help them to continue and achieve The critical success. So to achieve this they have many competitive strategies like cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy.
Budget is regarded one of main tools to execute objectives polices and programs of the economic units, beside show how the economic units had execute the available economic resources.
Activity based on budgeting is regarded one of the modern technique in the m
... Show MoreFe2O3/ MgO composites with various ratios (90/10,80/20,70/30,60/40 and 50/50 %wt.) were synthesized. Their structure was determined using the X-ray diffractometer. The observed X-Ray patterns showed that the prepared composites were polycrystalline with rhombohedral Hematite (α-Fe2O3) whereas the preferred planes for crystal growth are (104) and (110).The dielectric properties of the Fe2O3/ MgO, with various ratios, were studied as function of frequency over the range (50Hz – 1MHz). The conductivity as function to frequency σa.c(ω) obey the power law relation σa.c(ω) =Aωs where the factor s was found to be in the range 0.329-0.491. The dielectric constant is increasing; but not in a regular way, with the increasing MgO content. The

The solid host of laser dye modifies its spectroscopic properties with respect to liquid host. During the spin coating process the dye molecules suffer from changing their environment. The effects of three parameters were studied here: the spinning speed, multilayer coating and formaldehyde addition
The Invar effect in 3D transition metal such as Ni and Mn, were prepared on a series composition of binary Ni1-xMnx system with x=0.3, 0.5, 0.8 by using powder metallurgy technique. In this work, the characterization of structural and thermal properties have been investigated experimentally by X-ray diffraction, thermal expansion coefficient and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. The results show that anonymously negative thermal expansion coefficient are changeable in the structure. The results were explained due to the instability relation between magnetic spins with lattice distortion on some of ferromagnetic metals.
