The present study included the microscopic and molecular identification of Entamoeba histolytica by using specific primers to detect four virulence factors possessed by Entamoeba histolytica. The financial reports of five Iraqi commercial banks were approved as a sample for research for the period from 2015 to 2020. The research sample consisted of (75) postgraduate students randomly selected from college of Education.
