The security measures taken by hotels play an important and fundamental role in preventing or limiting these terrorist operations. At the same time, while some hotel administrations are constantly seeking to improve these measures to preserve the safety of their guests and visitors, In spite of the high number of attacks on hotels since 2001 and today. This study examines the impact of adopting International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on the value of economic units. Given the global push toward standardization of financial reporting to enhance financial statement transparency, comparability, and reliability, this research seeks to understand the implications of these standards for economic valuation within a region characterized by its unique economic and regulatory challenges. It analyzed the exposure motivations of audience to satellite TV channels, its positive and negative aspects and to what extent they abide by media ethics.
