Theconsequences aremoreseverethe earlier in gestation the infection arises. The stage of pregnancy at which the infection occurs in thesheep and goats is connected with the severity of the illness. T.gondii may infect humansandcarnivorousanimalsvia the meatofinfectedsheepandgoats.Lessthan 4%ofsheep thatareconsistently infected withT.gondiicarrytheparasitevertically to their offspring. The majority of sheep develop the infection after birth. It’s possible that T.gondii is more often transmitted in cows than previously believed.However,theseresultsneedmoreevidenceacquiredusingother methods,sincethey are only reliant on Polymerase Chain Reaction data. Sheep that have been exposed to T.gondii produce robust humoral and cell-mediated immune responses that protect them against infection in subsequent pregnancies. Tothe best of our knowledge, documentation about the prevalence of toxoplasmosis in sheep and goats in Iraq is deficient. A total of 533 specimens were collected in survey of Brachyceran species from different regions of Iraq during February to November 2014 .This study was reported 16 species belonging to 13 genera and 7 families, the results showed that Dicranosepsis Duda, 1926 (Family; Sepsidae) is recorded the genus for the first time in Iraq.
This article reports the first record of Aenasius arizonensis (Girault, 1915) (Hymenoptera, Encyrtidae) parasitizing the recently introduced species of cotton mealybug, Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsly (Hemiptera, Psedococcidae) infesting Lantana camara L. (Verbeneceae) as well as other ornamental plants in Baghdad province, Iraq. A short morphological description is also presented.

This study was based on the determination of aphid species that infested Chrysanthemum sp. (Asterales, Asteraceae) in the middle of Iraq; five aphid species belong to subfamily Aphidinae were recorded: Aphis fabae Scopoli, 1763, Aphis gossypii Glover, 1877, Coloradoa rufomaculata (Wilson, 1908), Macrosiphoniella sanborni (Gillette, 1908) and Myzus persicae (Sulzer, 1776). The fauna of bees (Hymenoptera, Apoidea) from different regions of Iraq is surveyed in this study; there were 16 species, 13 genera that belong to four families which are collected in this investigation.
Also, all the species that are recorded for Iraq in previous investigations are revised; totally there are 110 species, 32 genera belonging to five families: Apidae, Andernidae, Colletidae, Halictidae and Megachilidae were listed.

The present study provides the first record species of the genus Lithobius Leach, 1814, L. ferganensis (Trotzina, 1894) which was collected from the middle of Iraq. A detailed explanation of the morphology and the diagnostic characters of specimens of both sexes is provided.
