Actinomycetes are free, spore-forming, high (G+C) ratio (>55%) saprophytic microorganisms that are widely distributed in most soils, colonize plants, and are prevalent in water. This is frequently accompanied by the production of filament airborne mycelium. Actinomycetes are well-known microcolonies for creating antibiotics and other critical bioactive components that are beneficial to humans. Approximately 70% to 80% of commercially available medications and antiviral active compounds have been synthesized so far. Secondary metabolites produced by microbes have the potential to be used in a variety of sectors, including antimicrobial agents, enzyme technology, pigment manufacture, antitumor agents against cancer cells, and toxin production. antiviral medications, protein innovation, pigment production, generally pro agents, and toxin creation. Around 7000 botanical extracts that come from actinomycetes' bioactive molecules were added to the list of natural products. Pollution may be defined as an introduction of unwanted and unacceptable compounds into the natural system which in turn may prevent natural processes in environment and may have undesirable health effects Biotechnological applications are helpful to obtain microbial strains with high efficiency toward pollution control. The genetic engineering approaches and strain improvement techniques are useful to develop a microbial system with a good ability to degrade environmental pollutants. The sake of bioremediation there requires several genetic systems to be exploited, additionally, the strain utilized in study was improved through a variety of techniques, including immobilization and mutation. Actinomycetes perform a variety of environmental functions. these are epiphytic bacteria that digest inorganic debris, notably complicated polymers like chitosan, keratin, hemi-cellulose, synthetic rubber, cellulose nanocrystals, gelatin, and glucose, as well as some active ingredients found in soil, also crucial in rhizosphere plant link because they can control plant life and shield plant roots from toxic fungus. Actinomycetes also break down pesticides with a large number of different structures, like organochlorine pesticides, triazinones, s-triazines, organophosphorus, esters, acetanilides, organophosphonates, and sulfonylureas, which are all types of pesticides. Modern technology and biotechnological equipment advancements have led to creation of a number of highly integrated software-based strategies for maximizing final product generation in any bioreactor or process. The Analytical Method (RSM), when combined with a relevant analysis design, seems to be a relatively recent development and critical technique for accomplishing this goal.
Simultaneous determination of Furosemide, Carbamazepine, Diazepam, and Carvedilol in bulk and pharmaceutical formulation using the partial least squares regression (PLS-1 and PLS-2) is described in this study. The two methods were successfully applied to estimate the four drugs in their quaternary mixture using UV spectral data of 84synthetic mixtures in the range of 200-350nm with the intervals Δλ=0.5nm. The linear concentration range were 1-20 μg.mL-1 for all, with correlation coefficient (R2) and root mean squares error for the calibration (RMSE) for FURO, CARB, DIAZ, and CARV were 0.9996, 0.9998, 0.9997, 0.9997, and 0.1128, 0.1292, 0.1868,0.1562 respectively for PLS-1, and for PLS-2 were 0.9995, 0.9999, 0.9997, 0.9998, and 0.1127, 0.

The objective was to study adding increasing levels of urea fertilizer which is (0.0, 0.20, 0.40, 0.80) gm/Pot and superphosphate fertilizer which is (0.0, 0.24, 0.48) gm/pot in some chemical properties of grain for wheat IPA 95. This experiment was carried out by completely randomized design (CR D) with three replications. Results in dictated of clear increase in all the studied characteristics (concentration for each nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and carbohydrate percentage with increasing levels of fertilizers).

Most studies indicated that the values of atmospheric variables have changed from their general rates due to pollution or global warming etc. Hence, the research indicates the changes of direct solar radiation values over a whole century i.e. from 1900 to 2000 depending on registered data for four cities, namely (Mosul - Baghdad - Rutba - Basra. The aim of this study is to recognize the influence of model of active thinking in achievement ofeighth grade students andtheir visual thinking in science.The finds of this research show the superiority students of the experimental group who studied the science material by using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied by usual method, in the achievement test. Also the finds show that the students of the experimental group are more successful than students of control group in the test of visual thinking, so the two null hypotheses have been rejected. This study aims to evaluate drinking water quality at the Al Wahda plant (WTP) in Baghdad city. A conventional water treatment plant with an average flow rate of 72.82 MLD. Water samples were taken from the influent and effluent of the treatment plant and analyzed for some physicochemical and biological parameters during the period from June to November 2020. The results of the evaluation indicate that treated water has almost the same characteristics as raw water; in other terms, the plant units do not remove pollutants as efficiently as intended.
