Five species of Lactic acid bacteriawere isolated from raw milk, yoghurt, vegetables and pickles, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus bulgaricus isolates were identified by 16S rRNA gene. Evaluate of antimicrobial activity against all the bacterial strains Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Pseudomonas fluorescens, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis. It showed that bacteriocin of Lactic acid bacteriamore effective than supernatant of lactic acid bacteria, the results showed that isolatemost efficient isolate belonging to Lactobacillus brevis, the diameter of the inhibition of the bacteriocin of Lactobacillus brevis were 27.7, 26.3 and 25.1

In this paper, the method of estimating the variation of Zenith Path Delay (ZPD) estimation method will be illustrate and evaluate using Real Time Kinematic Differential Global Positioning System (RTK-DGPS). The GPS provides a relative method to remotely sense atmospheric water vapor in any weather condition. The GPS signal delay in the atmosphere can be expressed as ZPD. In order to evaluate the results, four points had been chosen in the university of Baghdad campus to be rover ones, with a fixed Base point. This research involves the preparation of new ligands 1,1,2,2- tetrakis (sodium acetate thio)ethylene(L1) and 1,1,2- tris(sodiumacetatethio) ethylene(L2), through the reaction of disodium thioglycolate) with tetra chloro ethylene or tri chloro ethylene in (1:4) or (1:3) moler ratio . Homodinucliar complexes of general formlu [M2(L1)] and [M2(L2)ClH2O] , when M= Co(II), Ni(II), Cu (II) and Zn(II) also mono nuclear complexes of general formula [M(L2)] . The prepared complexes were characterized using spectral method (UV/Visible/ IR) , metal content analysis , magnetic and atomic measurements .
