This study was performd on 50 serum specimens of patients with type 2 diabetes, in addition, 50 normal specimens were investigated as control group. The activity rate of LAP in patients (560.46 10.504) I.U/L and activity rate of LAP in healthy(10.58 4.39)I.U/L.The results of the study reveal that Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activity of type 2 diabetes patient s serum shows a high signifiacant increase (p < 0.001) compare to healthy subjects. Addition preparation leucine amide as substrate of LAP, identification melting point and spectra by FTIR. K
Background: Obesity is considered an important risk factor for periodontal disease. It has been reported that reactive oxygen species linking both diseases, systemic melatonin supplementation as antioxidant therapy, was addressed as an adjuvant to scaling and root surface debridement (SRP) to enhance the treatment of periodontitis. Objective: To investigate the efficacy of systemic melatonin administration in periodontitis-obese patients as an adjuvant to scaling and root surface debridement (SRP). Methods: A randomized clinical trial was conducted at a dental-specialized center. Eighty subjects were included and allocated into group-I: twenty periodontium-healthy, normal-weight people; group-II: 30 obese patients with stage-III tre
... Show MoreA simple physical technique was used in this study to create stable and cost-effective copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles from pure copper metal using the pulsed laser ablation technique. The synthesis of crystalline CuO nanoparticles was confirmed by various analytical techniques such as particle concentration measurement using atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), the energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the crystal size and identify of the crystal structure of the prepared particles. The main characteristic diffraction peaks of the three samples were consistent. The corresponding 2θ is also consistent, and the cytotoxicity of the nanoparticles was

Show MoreA new method, simple and sensitive was utilized in determining mebeverine – HCl (MB-HCl) (3, 4-Dimethoxy benzoic acid ethyl 2, 4 methoxy4-phenyl-1-methyl ethyl amino-butyl ester) in pure and pharmaceutical formulations via utilization this multiple continuous flow cell. The method is dependent on genesis for complex of ion pair(4-((3, 4-dimethoxybenzoyl) oxy)-N-ethyl-N-(1-(4-methoxyphenyl) propan-2-yl) butan-1-aminium-2-hydroxy-3,5- dinitrobenzoate) among mebeverine–HCl (MB-HCl) and 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid (3,5-DNSA) in ammonium acetate middle to configure a whiteish yellow precipitate compound via utilizing multiple continuous flow cell that works as a solo flow cell with 4S×3 – 3D analyzer. Optimum parameters were studied to rai

Show MoreEconomic performance is one of the most important indicators of economic activity and with the performance of the economy progress varied sources of output and increase economic growth rates and per capita national income, and to recover the business environment and increase investment rates and rising effectiveness of the financial and monetary institutions and credit market. Which leads to increased employment rates and reducing unemployment rates and the elimination of many of the social problems and improve the average per capita income as well as improve the level of national income.
The input / output tables is a technique mathematical indicates economic performance
... Show MoreWe studied in this research how to find a method of estimating the quantity (Kinetically) of three kinds of Insecticide and their mixture, which are used in agriculture. The extracted insecticide from the polluted samples with these insect from air, soil, and the leaves of trees, have be used into the reaction with H2O2 and benzedine. The kinetic study of this reaction was formed in basic medium,( pH= 8.6), using UV. Spectra at (?= 420nm). The study showed that the reaction is the first order, and the speed of the reaction was used to estimate the concentration of insecticide in solution and mixture. The experiments of this study indicated that this method has the speed and efficiency for quantitatively estimating these

Its environment is characterized by a fragile ecosystem that requires great care and effort to achieve the greatest possible balance and parallelism of development, which necessarily require careful environmental planning that accurately regulates the resources of the environment and therefore, planned the best way to use them. The idea of research for creating the spatial organization of the development of the human settlements and taking into account the environmental aspect by thinking for the plann
This work dealt with separation of naphthenic hydrocarbons from non-naphthenic hydrocarbons and in particular concerns an improved process for increasing the naphthenes concentration in naphtha, The separation was examined using adsorption by Y and B zeolite in a fixed bed process. The concentration of naphthenes in the influent and effluent streams was determined using PONA classification. The effect of different operating variables such as feed flow rate (2- 4 L/hr); bed length (50 - 80 cm) on the adsorption capacity of Y and zeolite was studied. Increasing the bed length lead to increase the naphthenes concentration, and increasing the flow rate lead to decrease in the concentration of naphthenes, It was found that the decrease

The first method is based without cloud point (CPE) on diazotization of the Cefixime drug by sodium nitrite at 5Cº followed by coupling with ortho nitro phenol in basic medium to form orange colour. The product was stabilized and measured 400 nm. Beer’s law was obeyed in the concentration range of (10-160) μg∙mL-1 Sandell’s sensitivity was 0.0888μg∙cm-1, the detection limit was 0.07896μg∙mL-1, and the limit of Quantitation was 0.085389μg∙mL-1.The second method was cloud point extraction (CPE) with using Trtion X-114 as surfactant. The diacid chlorides compounds [1-3] were prepared from the reaction of glutaric acid, adipic acid, terephthalic acid with thionyl chloride. Succinic acid reacted with ethanol to produce compound [4]. Compound [4] reacted with hydrazine hydrate to obtain succinic hydrazide [5].Compound [5] reaction with CS2 and KOH in absolute ethanol to produce compound [6].The polymers [7-12] have been created by reacting diacid chlorides compounds [1-3] with compound[5] or [6] in dry pyridine with some drops of DMF. The topology of produced compounds has characterized through their spectral and analytical data as in FT-IR spectra, Thermal analysis [DSC,
