This study aims to assess the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and its association with clinical and anthropometric characteristics of Iraqi women with and without polycystic ovary syndrome. Serum level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D of <20 ng/mL was graded as vitamin D deficiency.
