Accurate and correct price prediction of gold is significant to maintain the stability and fair operation of gold markets as well as the efficiency and proper functioning of financial markets related to gold trading. Gold prices have a long history of non-linear and non-stationary behavior that generates highly complex datasets which are very difficult to forecast with high accuracy and reliability. At the same time Support Vector Regression (SVR) has been utilized as a robust information for prediction not only gold prices but also overall metal price movements. First, the predictive capability of SVR is highly sensitive to hyperparameter selection which needs to be thoroughly tuned and optimized for potentially optimal performance. Therefore, the suitable and cautious selection of these hyperparameters can play a significant and direct role in determining the success and precision of SVR. In this study, the focus is on proposing a new technique through horse herd optimization (HHO), which can be used for hyperparameter estimation and tuning of support vector regression (SVR) based on the collective behavior of horse herds to achieve efficient forecasting accuracy and reliability in gold prices. The outcomes and conclusions illustrate that the hybrid algorithm can furnish an increase to the general accuracy of our gold prices, showing superior overall performance as in contrast with two classical benchmark techniques on this area. These enhancements are time to market and useful for enabling faster global economic regeneration and restoration, but also enable the demand side characteristics of integrating international trade commodity price discovery mechanisms into explanations for AI techniques in the context of learning tasks and financial oscular analytics.
In this study, the possible protective effects of daidzein on ifosfamide-induced neurotoxicity in male rats were examined by the determination of changes in selected oxidant–antioxidant markers of male rats’ brain tissue. Twenty-eight (28) apparently-healthy Wistar male rats weighing (120-150gm) allocated into 4 groups (n=7) were used in this study. Rats orally-administered 1% tween 20 dissolved in distilled water/Control (Group I); rats were orally-administered daidzein suspension (100mg/kg) for 7 days (Group II); rats intraperitoneally-injected with a single dose of ifosfamide (500 mg/kg) (Group III); rats orally-administered for 7 days with the daidzein (100mg/kg) before a single intraperitoneal dose of ifosfamide (

Show MoreFerric oxide nanoparticles Fe3O4NPs have been prepared by the coprecipitation method, which were used to functionalize the surface of electrospun nanofibers of polyacrylonitrile to increase their effectiveness in adsorption of Congo red (CR) dye from their aqueous solutions. The effect factors of adsorption were systematically investigated such as adsorbent mass, initial concentration, contact time, temperature, ionic strength and pH. The maximum adsorbed amount of the dye was at 0.003g of adsorbent. The adsorption of dye increased with increasing initial dye concentration and the system reaches to the equilibrium state at 150 min. The adsorbed dye capacity decreases with increasing temperature which indicates to the exothermic nature of ad

Linear motor offers several features in many applications that require linear motion. Nevertheless, the presence of cogging force can deteriorate the thrust of a permanent magnet linear motor. Using several methodologies, a design of synchronous single sided linear iron-core motor was proposed. According to exact formulas with surface-mounted magnets and concentrated winding specification, which are relying on geometrical parameters. Two-dimensional performance analysis of the designed model and its multi-objective optimization were accomplished as a method to reduce the motor cogging force using MAXWELL ANSYS. The optimum model design results showed that the maximum force ripple was approximatrly reduced by 81.24%compared to the origina

The effects of occupation time, solution pH, initial dyes concentrations, biomass loading, and temperature were investigated via batch-system experiments by using the Design of Experiment (DOE) for 2 levels and 5 factors response surface methodology (RSM). The operational conditions used for these factors were optimized using quadratic techniques by reducing the number of experiments. The results revealed that the two types of bacteria had a powerful effect on biodegradable dyes. The regression analysis reveale

This study investigates the implementation of Taguchi design in the estimation of minimum corrosion rate of mild-steel in cooling tower that uses saline solution of different concentration. The experiments were set on the basis of Taguchi’s L16 orthogonal array. The runs were carried out under different condition such as inlet concentration of saline solution, temperature, and flowrate. The Signal-to- Noise ratio and ANOVA analysis were used to define the impact of cooling tower working conditions on the corrosion rate. A regression had been modelled and optimized to identify the optimum level for the working parameters that had been founded to be 13%NaCl, 35ᴼC, and 1 l/min. Also a confirmation run to establish the p
