The research aims to achieve a set of the most important objectives of the review of the role of creative administrative leadership in achieving aspects of economic reform in various government institutions and indicate the role of supervisory awareness of administrative leadership in the revitalization of the role of the internal control system to achieve the best use of available resources. This paper deals with three problems is the loss of financial resources of the state as a result of the growing phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption in the majority of government institutions, and the weakness of the role of the internal control system in the province on the resources available and to achieve the best use of these resources in accordance with the specified in the state budget law targets as well as weak oversight awareness of the majority administrative leadership, adversely affecting the achievement of the effectiveness of internal control system in particular, and the objectives of government institutions in general. Find kicks off in search solution to the problems of proving the following two hypotheses:1.The creative approach to the adoption of administrative leaders in government institutions contribute to support the effectiveness of the internal control system in the fight against manifestations of the administrative and financial corruption and achieve the desired administrative reform in all areas of economic life.2.The acquisition of administrative leadership awareness oversight contributes to the effectiveness of the internal control system in achieving the best use of available resources in various government institutions. The researcher reached a set of conclusions including:1.lack of technical reference clearly defined legal and regulatory framework can be referenced in the issues facing the audit and internal control departments in government institutions.2.weakness of senior management to recognize the role of internal control in the maintenance of public money and its role in supporting the administration's efforts to achieve the goals of the institution and reducing accountability.3.weak senior management in response to the need for oversight and internal audit departments to appoint directors of the sections of Control and Internal Audit hold advanced degrees specializing in accounting, auditing and in the appointment of sufficient number of auditors who have specialized degree in accounting.4.twice the regulatory qualification of internal auditors to meet the basic requirements of the regulatory function. The researcher presented a set of recommendations including:1.To recommend to the Council of Ministers to prepare a government program for the reform of the internal control system in isolation or within a comprehensive government program of administrative reform various aspects of the political, economic, social and cultural life.2.the appointment of auditors in control and internal audit departments who hold a bachelor's degree in accounting at least in all government institutions and that the auditors at the headquarters of the ministries who hold graduate degree in accounting.3.recommendation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, specializing in the creation of Control and Internal Audit holds graduate study obtained from the responsibility of oversight and internal audit departments management.4.Create a technical reference for internal control is based in the Ministry of Finance while maintaining the administrative reference to link to the top of the hierarchy and what contributes to the effectiveness of the system.
Solid‐waste management, particularly of aluminum (Al), is a challenge that is being confronted around the world. Therefore, it is valuable to explore methods that can minimize the exploitation of natural assets, such as recycling. In this study, using hazardous Al waste as the main electrodes in the electrocoagulation (EC) process for dye removal from wastewater was discussed. The EC process is considered to be one of the most efficient, promising, and cost‐effective ways of handling various toxic effluents. The effect of current density (10, 20, and 30 mA/cm2), electrolyte concentration (1 and 2 g/L), and initial concentration of Brilliant Blue dye (15 and 30 mg/L) on
Dialysis is a stressful process and follows various psychological and social problems, which can lead to psychological disturbances. Patients on dialysis experience psychological distress, and the reduction of stress in patients provides psychological resources to cope with their physical condition. The study aimed to evaluate the effect of deep-breathing exercise training on the level of stress among maintenance hemodialysis patients.

Preparation of identical independent photons is the core of many quantum applications such as entanglement swapping and entangling process. In this work, Hong-Ou-Mandel experiment was performed to evaluate the degree of indistinguishability between independent photons generated from two independent weak coherent sources working at 640 nm. The visibility was 46%, close to the theoretical limit of 50%. The implemented setup can be adopted in quantum key distribution experiments carried out with free space as the channel link, as all the devices and components used are operative in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Biodiesel production process was attracted more attention recently due to the surplus quantity of glycerol (G) as a byproduct from the process. Glycerol Utilization must take in to consideration to fix this issue also, to ensure biodiesel industry sustainability. Highly amount of Glycerol converted to more benefit material Glycerol carbonate (GC) was one of the most allurement compound derived from glycerol by transesterification of glycerol with dimethyl carbonate (DMC). Various parameters have highly impact on transesterification was investigated like catalyst loading (1-5) %wt., molar ratio of DMC: glycerol (5:1 – 1:1), reaction time (30 - 150) min and temperature (40 – 80) ᴼC. The Optimum glycerol carbonate yie

A central composite rotatable design model was used to predict the dye removal efficiency. The optimization was accomplished under a temperature and mixing control system (37?C) with different particle size of 300 and 600 ?m. Highest adsorption efficiencies were obtained at lower dye concentrations and lower weight of adsorbent. The adsorption time, more than 48 h, was found to have a negative effect on the removal efficiency due to secondary metabolites compounds. However, the adsorption time was found to have a positive effect at high dye concentrations and high adsorbent weight. The colour removal effi

Several theoretical and experimental approaches have been used to measure the ultimate bearing capacity of the layered soil, but with a significant level of differences depending on the failure mechanisms assumed. Furthermore, local displacement fields in layered soils are not yet studied well. Here, the bearing capacity of a dense sand layer overlying loose sand beneath a rigid beam is studied under the plain-strain condition. The study employs using digital particle image velocimetry (DPIV) and finite element method (FEM) simulations. In the FEM, an experiment

Show MoreBackground: This in vitro study compares a novel calcium-phosphate etchant paste to conventional 37% phosphoric acid gel for bonding metal and ceramic brackets by evaluating the shear bond strength, remnant adhesive and enamel damage following water storage, acid challenge and fatigue loading. Material and Methods: Metal and ceramic brackets were bonded to 240 extracted human premolars using two enamel conditioning protocols: conventional 37% phosphoric acid (PA) gel (control), and an acidic calcium-phosphate (CaP) paste. The CaP paste was prepared from β-tricalcium phosphate and monocalcium phosphate monohydrate powders mixed with 37% phosphoric acid solution, and the resulting phase was confirmed using FTIR. The bonded premolars were exp
