The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between training human resources in administrative innovation elements In the General Directorate for the education of the third Rusafa one of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Education in Baghdad, In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher provided a comprehensive theoretical framework and the preparation and development of a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data based on the prepared measurements and benefit from previous studies, which contains (28) For the purpose of obtaining realistic results for the variables of the research, the researcher used the random sample in the selection of the research sample A total of (63)

The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

In this work, varying compositions of SiO₂ micro filler were added
with the Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and samples have been prepared
using film casting technique. The results have been analyzed and
compared for PVC samples with (1 wt%, 3 wt%, 5 wt% and 10 wt%)
SiO2 micro filler. Mechanical characteristics such as tensile strength,
elongation at break and Young`s modulus were measured for all the
samples, where the tensile strength was increased from 8.39 Mpa for
purified PVC to 16 Mpa for 3% SiO₂/PVC composite. Also, thermal
conductivity measurement values illustrated that composite materials
have a good thermal insulation at 10 wt. %, thermal conductivity was
decreased from 0.1684 W/m.
