Abstract

The research addresses the specification table and the extent of its use in developing achievement tests, as well as detects the obstacles to its use through a sample of (120) respondents from the faculty members in some Baghdad schools and colleges. After unpacking and processing the data statistically, the research reached several results: the study sample do not use the test map in the development of their tests, as their percentage reached (82%) and there are no statistically significant differences in the use of the specification table by the sample members according to their place of work or the number of years of experience. This research presents a new algorithm for classification the
shadow and water bodies for high-resolution satellite images (4-
meter) of Baghdad city, have been modulated the equations of the
color space components C1-C2-C3. Have been using the color space
component C3 (blue) for discriminating the shadow, and has been
used C1 (red) to detect the water bodies (river). The new technique
was successfully tested on many images of the Google earth and
Ikonos. Experimental results show that this algorithm effective to
detect all the types of the shadows with color, and also detects the

The reaction of some new Schiff bases ( 2-[(2-Amino – ethylimino)-methyl]-R , 2-({2-[(R-benzylidene)-amino]-ethylimino}-methyl)-R with Benzoyl chloride or Acetyl chloride were carried out. Subsequent reactions of these products N-(2-Amino-ethyl)-N-[Chloro-(R) –methyl]-benzamide or N-(2-{?-[chloro-(R) –methyl]-amino}-ethyl)-N-[chloro-(R) –methyl]- benzamide with thiourea afforded thioureas compounds. To obtain these derivatives, the o-mercapto benzoic acid was chosen as the starting material, which was reacted with dry benzene in sulfuric acid (98 %) to produce the thioxanthone (1).
