Solid dispersion (SD) formulation has attracted much attention due to its potential in enhancing dissolution performances of poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). An impressed current cathodic protection system (ICCP) requires measurements of extremely low-level quantities of its electrical characteristics.
