The accurate identification of internal and external pressures in thick-walled hyperelastic vessels is a challenging inverse problem with significant implications for structural health monitoring, biomedical devices, and soft robotics. Conventional analytical and numerical approaches address the forward problem effectively but offer limited means for recovering unknown load conditions from observable deformations. In this study, we introduce a Graph-FEM/ML framework that couples high-fidelity finite element simulations with machine learning models to infer normalized internal and external pressures from measurable boundary deformations. A dataset of 1386 valid samples was generated through Latin Hypercube Sampling of geometric and loading parameters and simulated using finite element analysis with a Neo-Hookean constitutive model. Two complementary neural architectures were explored: graph neural networks (GNNs), which operate directly on resampled and feature-enriched boundary data, and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which process image-based representations of undeformed and deformed cross-sections. The GNN models consistently achieved low root-mean-square errors (≈0.021) and stable correlations across training, validation, and test sets, particularly when augmented with displacement and directional features. In contrast, CNN models exhibited limited predictive accuracy: quarter-section inputs regressed toward mean values, while full-ring and filled-section inputs improved after Bayesian optimization but remained inferior to GNNs, with higher RMSEs (0.023–0.030) and modest correlations (R2). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to combine boundary deformation observations with graph-based learning for inverse load identification in hyperelastic vessels. The results highlight the advantages of boundary-informed GNNs over CNNs and establish a reproducible dataset and methodology for future investigations. This framework represents an initial step toward a new direction in mechanics-informed machine learning, with the expectation that future research will refine and extend the approach to improve accuracy, robustness, and applicability in broader engineering and biomedical contexts.
Enrollment in kindergarten child accomplishes many positive aspects, that’s what Im sure a lot of modern educational trends in child education preschool in the importance of exposing children to a variety of sensory stimuli that contribute to impart a range of sound concepts.
Current research aims to know:

In this study, mucilage was extracted from Malabar spinach and tested for drag-reducing properties in aqueous liquids flowing through pipelines. Friction produced by liquids flowing in turbulent mode through pipelines increase power consumption. Drag-reducing agents (DRA) such as polymers, suspended solids and surfactants are used to reduce power losses. There is a demand for natural, biodegradable DRA and mucilage is emerging as an attractive alternative to conventional DRAs. Literature review revealed that very little research has been done on the drag-reducing properties of this mucilage and there is an opportunity to explore the potential applications of mucilage from Malabar spinach. Composite materials were prepared by mixing the polyester resin (UP) with plastic waste, two types of plastic waste were used in this work included polyethylene-terephthalate (PET) and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with varies weight fractions (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 %) added as a filler in flakes form. Charpy impact test was performed on the prepared samples to calculate the values of impact strength (I.S). Flexural and hardness tests were carried out to calculate the values of flexural strength and hardness. Acoustic insulation and optical microscope tests were carried out. In general, it is found that UP/PV

Seismic activity in Iraq increased significantly during the last decade. So structural and geotechnical engineers have been giving increasing attention to the design of buildings for earthquake resistance. Dynamic properties play a vital role in the design of structures subjected to seismic load. The main objective of this study is to prepare a data base for the dynamic properties of different soils in seismic active zones in Iraq using the results of cross hole and down hole tests. From the data base collected it has been observed that the average ve

The primary indicators of Alzheimer's disease consist of progressive memory impairment together with intellectual decline. Dementia cases from Alzheimer's disease constitute 50-60% of the total, while projections show these numbers will increase from 55 to 151 million by 2050. The development and enhancement of innovative therapeutic agents represent an absolute necessity for treating this medical condition. In this review, we will focus on synthesizing new promising therapeutic agents by many researchers that may improve some of the drawbacks of available drugs that only gave supportive care to Alzheimer's

One of the most significant technologies that use the wind speed (WS) to generate electric power is the horizontal-axis wind turbine. In order to enhance the output power over the rated WS, the blade pitch angle (BPA) is controlled and adjusted in WT. This paper proposes and compares three different controllers of BPA for a 500-kw WT. A PID controller (PIDC), a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based on Mamdani and Sugeno fuzzy inference systems (FIS), and a hybrid fuzzy-PID controller (HFPIDC) have been applied and compared.
