The accurate identification of internal and external pressures in thick-walled hyperelastic vessels is a challenging inverse problem with significant implications for structural health monitoring, biomedical devices, and soft robotics. Conventional analytical and numerical approaches address the forward problem effectively but offer limited means for recovering unknown load conditions from observable deformations. In this study, we introduce a Graph-FEM/ML framework that couples high-fidelity finite element simulations with machine learning models to infer normalized internal and external pressures from measurable boundary deformations. A dataset of 1386 valid samples was generated through Latin Hypercube Sampling of geometric and loading parameters and simulated using finite element analysis with a Neo-Hookean constitutive model. Two complementary neural architectures were explored: graph neural networks (GNNs), which operate directly on resampled and feature-enriched boundary data, and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which process image-based representations of undeformed and deformed cross-sections. The GNN models consistently achieved low root-mean-square errors (≈0.021) and stable correlations across training, validation, and test sets, particularly when augmented with displacement and directional features. In contrast, CNN models exhibited limited predictive accuracy: quarter-section inputs regressed toward mean values, while full-ring and filled-section inputs improved after Bayesian optimization but remained inferior to GNNs, with higher RMSEs (0.023–0.030) and modest correlations (R2). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to combine boundary deformation observations with graph-based learning for inverse load identification in hyperelastic vessels. The results highlight the advantages of boundary-informed GNNs over CNNs and establish a reproducible dataset and methodology for future investigations. This framework represents an initial step toward a new direction in mechanics-informed machine learning, with the expectation that future research will refine and extend the approach to improve accuracy, robustness, and applicability in broader engineering and biomedical contexts.
This research deals with the study of the identity lost in the novel (handcuffs of paper) by Writer (Kuwaiti / Iraqi ) Yousif Hadi Mays. This is because of The strange subject presented by the writer ,Kuwait has chosen a sbace for his novel and chose apurely Kuwaiti theme. In recent years, there has been a rise in interest in the study of antibiotic occurrence in the aquatic environment due to the negative consequences of prolonged exposure and the potential for bacterial antibiotic resistance. Most antibiotic residues from treated wastewater end up in the aquatic environment as they are not eliminated in facilities that treat wastewater. Antibiotics must be identified in influent and effluent wastewater using reliable analytical techniques for several reasons. Firstly, monitoring antibiotic presence in aquatic environments. Secondly, assessing environmental risks, computing wastewater treatment plant removal efficiencies, and estimating antibiotic consumption. Therefore, this work aims to provide an overview

One of the important things provided by fuzzy model is to identify the membership functions. In the fuzzy reliability applications with failure functions of the kind who cares that deals with positive variables .There are many types of membership functions studied by many researchers, including triangular membership function, trapezoidal membership function and bell-shaped membership function. In I research we used beta function. Based on this paper study classical method to obtain estimation fuzzy reliability function for both series and parallel systems.
This research aims to estimate production functions through which production relations, possibilities for production elements substitution, measurement of its substitution elasticity, and efficiency and distribution coefficients can be analyzed. This would be done through estimation of constant elasticity of substitution production function for agricultural companies in Iraq depending on data from Iraqi Stock Exchange reports of 2005-2016. The researcher had used panel data model and estimated its three models: the Pooled Regression Model (PRM), the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM). A comparison was made for theses three models using F, LM, Husman tests. Tests show that Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the best

This thesis studies the concepts of PPP, advantages and disadvantages of PPP. In addition, current Iraq infrastructure projects situations and needs, as well as, some aspects relating to the Iraq’s construction market, legal and contract systems were discussed. A financial model was carried out and applied to a real-life case study project. Finally, a survey targeted researchers; public and private- sectors were applied.
This paper introduces a non-conventional approach with multi-dimensional random sampling to solve a cocaine abuse model with statistical probability. The mean Latin hypercube finite difference (MLHFD) method is proposed for the first time via hybrid integration of the classical numerical finite difference (FD) formula with Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) technique to create a random distribution for the model parameters which are dependent on time t . The LHS technique gives advantage to MLHFD method to produce fast variation of the parameters’ values via number of multidimensional simulations (100, 1000 and 5000). The generated Latin hypercube sample which is random or non-deterministic in nature is further integrated with the FD method t

The distribution of computational resources to minimize makespan and running costs is one of the disadvantages of fog computing. Waste is one of the most important problems affecting the city’s environment and its urban landscape, which results from the activities and activities of man and the natural environment. Its sources have varied between residential, commercial, industrial, medical and hazardous, and its spread in cities, on roads and on abandoned open lands, has led to significant negative effects and risks to human health and the environment.
Therefore, there were serious attempts to deal with waste and follow sequential steps that formed a waste management system such as (collection, sorting, transport, then treatment and disposal). Preventing and reducing waste, then recycling and recovering by composting or burning, and ending with bu
