The unprejudiced of this education is to gauge the ability of the retinoic acid to induce apoptotic cell death in hematological tumors through caspase dependent or independent apoptotic pathway, The cytotoxicity effects of retinoic acid of different concentrations (400,350,300,250,200,150,100,50,25,12.5 μg\ml) and exposure for all hematological malignancy cell lines (Human non-Hodgkin lymphoma SR and human multiple myeloma (COLO 677) and Human Monocytic Leukemia THP1 and Acute promyelocytic leukemia NB4) have been determined using a microtetrazolium (MTT) assay. Propodeum iodide and alcidine orange (AO/PI) paired discoloration was used to study the ability of retinoic acid to induce apoptosis in the infected cells and examined under fluorescence microscope and quantified for the percentage of apoptosis induction. Quantitative immunocytochemistry assay was used to study the caspase dependent and independent proteins expression in infected and control cells. Cells treated with Retinoic Acid showed increased cell death percentage compared to the untreated cells as quantified by MTT assay. AO/PI results revealed that Retinoic Acid had powerful effect on inducing apoptosis significantly (p<0.001) in human cancer cell lines tested, compared to control cell. Immunocytochemistry in Retinoic Acid infected human hematological cell lines revealed remarkable increase in expression of caspase 8,9 (dependent pathway) and AIF, ENDOG (independent pathway) induces a significant (p<0.002) as compared untreated cell. This study, which shows the role of the Retinoic Acid in inducing apoptosis through a dependent and independent pathway in cancer cells, we anticipation these annotations will shanty light on the impending exploration of retinoic acid in cancer hindrance and rehabilitation.
As computers become part of our everyday life, more and more people are experiencing a
variety of ocular symptoms related to computer use. These include eyestrain, tired eyes, irritation,
redness, blurred vision, and double vision, collectively referred to as computer vision syndrome.
The effect of CVS to the body such as back and shoulder pain, wrist problem and neck pain.
Many risk factors are identified in this paper.
Primary prevention strategies have largely been confined to addressing environmental
exposure to ergonomic risk factors, since to date, no clear cause for this work-related neck pain
has been acknowledged. Today, millions of children use computers on a daily basis. Extensive

In the age of information and communication revolution, education as one of life
aspects has influenced with that revolution by integrating technology in education, which
have become as an important learning tools of the whole educational process . Technology,
when used appropriately, can help make science classroom a site of active learning and
critical thinking, furthering student inquiry and connections with different materials. It is
necessary to develop human rights education programs and materials for discretionary and
extracurricular activities as it provide them with the skills and tools so that they are
empowered to take action to realize their rights. Human rights education is a critical means of

This research dealt with the modern dengue living in its linguistic meaning and where this dengue will be, and its cause and treatment, then concluded the talk about the search with the results envisaged from this research, has been shown that the main reason in living dengue: is after the slave of the book of God and the Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him Him.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an essential polyunsaturated omega fatty acid that occurs naturally in vegetable oils. It also plays an important role in preserving meat for longer periods by preventing oxidation of other fats. Thus, it can be used in the production of functional foods with high biological value and low cholesterol levels by adding poultry diets. Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of adding CLA to broiler diets on production performance and fatty acid content in the meat. Methodology: One-day-old Ross-308 chicks were randomly distributed into four dietary treatment groups: control (0 g CLA kgG1 diet; A1), 0.5 g CLA kgG1 diet (A2), 0.75 g CLA kgG1 diet (A3) and 1 g CLA kgG1 diet (A4). AIMS: The aims of this study were to determine the frequency of microalbuminuria (MA) among pediatric patients with SCD and to determine risk factors for MA among those patients. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: A case–control study was carried out on 120 patients with SCD, 2–18 years old, registered at Basrah Center for Hereditary Blood Diseases, and 132 age-and sex-matched healthy children were included as a control group. Investigations included complete blood panel, blood urea, se

The influencing factors and kinetics of polymerization, viscosity performance were studied and quantum chemical calculations were used to identify the correlation between the structure and properties. It was determined that the polymerization rate of the examined monomers in an aqueous solution, in the presence of DAA, adheres to the standard rules for radical polymerization of acrylamide monomers in solution. An investigation into the pH solution's impact on the kinetics of radical polymerization of acrylamido-N-methyle

Structural properties of these movies are attainment using X-ray variation (XRD) which showed Cu2S phase with polycrystalline in nature and forming hexagonal temple ,with the distinguish trend along the (220) grade, varying crystallites size from (42.1-62.06) nm after doping and annealing. AFM investigations of these films show that increase average grain size from 105.05 nm to 146.54 nm
