Design and Implementation of Classical Sliding Mode Controller for Ball and Plate System

Ball and Plate (B&P) system is a benchmark system in the control engineering field that has been used to verify many control methods. In this paper the design of a sliding mode . controller has been investigated and verified in real-time via implementation on a real ball and plate system hardware. The mathematical model has been derived and the necessary parameters have been measured. The sliding mode controller has been designed based on the obtained mathematical model. The resulting controller has been implemented using the Arduino Mega 2560 and a ball and plate system built completely from scratch. Low communication cost (LCC) scheme for localizing mobile wireless sensor networks

In recent years, the number of applications utilizing mobile wireless sensor networks (WSNs) has increased, with the intent of localization for the purposes of monitoring and obtaining data from hazardous areas. Location of the event is very critical in WSN, as sensing data is almost meaningless without the location information. In this paper, two Monte Carlo based localization schemes termed MCL and MSL* are studied. MCL obtains its location through anchor nodes whereas MSL* uses both anchor nodes and normal nodes. Fuzzy Wavenet (FWN) classifier for medical images

 

    The combination of wavelet theory and neural networks has lead to the development of wavelet networks. Wavelet networks are feed-forward neural networks using wavelets as activation function. Wavelets networks have been used in classification and identification problems with some success.

  In this work we proposed a fuzzy wavenet network (FWN), which learns by common back-propagation algorithm to classify medical images. The library of medical image has been analyzed, first. Paediatric multiple sclerosis: a case report of missed and dismissed diagnosis

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (CNS). Up to 10 % of MS patients have onset in paediatric age group. Although the clinical profile of MS appears similar to that seen in adults, several features may differ and specific issues arise in children. Here, we reported a 12-year old girl who presented with 3-year history of episodes of seizures and facial nerve palsy and finally fatigue and cognitive impairment were noted and interfered with her academic performance. Interval Value Fuzzy k-Ideals of a KU-Semigroup

The notion of interval value fuzzy k-ideal of KU-semigroup was studied as a generalization of afuzzy k-ideal of KU-semigroup. Some results of this idea under homomorphism are discussed. Also, we presented some properties about the image (pre-image) for interval~ valued fuzzy~k-ideals of a KU-semigroup. Finally, the~ product of~ interval valued fuzzyk-ideals is established.
