The study highlighted the transformation of value systems and educational patterns between past and present, especially with the introduction of modern variables and means, such as mobile phones, the internet, social media, and others. These factors have contributed both positively and negatively to the study. The study highlights the integral role of the school in collaboration with the family in guiding and educating children. It also emphasizes the active role of the school in developing students' abilities and skills, either attracting them to school or vice versa. This includes an examination of the essential skills required in education and their role in achieving a state of psychological well-being and systematically developing children's capabilities, away from traditional classical methods. The study attempts to review key concepts associated with skill, education, family, social upbringing, child, and mental health. It relies on a descriptive approach to outline the methods and practices adopted in education, both in the home and school environments. The study also explores the role of the family and its culture in education, distinguishing between academic certification and the skill of education. Moreover, anthropological research tools, such as observation through participation, interviews, and surveys, are employed to enrich the study with diverse and more realistic facts. Additionally, the study benefits from important references and sources that enhance its formality in analysis and discussion.

The present work involved four steps: First step include reaction of acrylamide ,N-?-Methylen-bis(acryl amide) and N-tert Butyl acryl amide with poly acryloyl chloride in the presence of triethyl amine (Et3N) as catalyst, the second step include homopolymerization of all products of the first step by using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator in (80-90)Co in the presence of Nitrogen gas(N2). The current research aims to identify the level of both psychological comfort and job performance among a sample of high school teachers for the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher has built two tools to measure psychological comfort, and one to measure job performance. The researcher applied the two scales to a random stratified sample of (100) male and female teachers.
