The aim of the research is to design a test with cognitive achievement through the use of the inverted class strategy for some basic soccer skills for gyms for first-average students, within the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, where the researcher used the experimental approach. For the same division (B) and the number of each group (10) students, i.e. the total total of the research sample (20) students, and the pre-test for the research sample was applied through the design of the test prepared by the research after which the educational program with the strategy was applied to the research sample and continued (8) weeks after Completion of the tutorial has been post-tested for the research sample, In it, he reached significant results through the significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test in the cognitive side of the research sample and in favor of the post-test. Also, differences were found in the post-test of the control and experimental groups, and in favor of the experimental group that applied the reverse row strategy in cognitive achievement of some basic skills in football for halls, so that The researcher recommends applying this strategy by using the cognitive achievement test that was designed on other stages, because of its clear impact on students' knowledge of cognitive achievement
The study involved 45 male and 45 females of diabetic patients type- ?? aged from 40-69years , and with the same numbers of males and females for control , all the patients and controls were without any periodontal diseases and without any systemic disease. The aqueous extract of Anastatica hierochuntica was investigated for its effects on hormones in mice females. the aqueous extract of plant at a dose level of 100mg/1mL showed significant increase (p<0.05) on levels of hormones LH, FSH, PRL level and PRO level. Clomid treated group showd significant increase in LH, FSH, and PRL while there was non-significant increase in PRO. From the above results, it is concluded for the first time that aqueous Anastatica hierchuntica extract offers significant effect of LH, FSH, PRL, and PRO in this mice females scompared with control.

Abstract Twelve isolates of bacteria were obtained from samples of different soils and water amended with 100µg/ml of five heavy metals chlorides (i.e: Aluminum Al+2, Iron Fe+2, Lead Pb+2, Mercury Hg+2 and Zinc Zn+2). Four isolates were identified as Bacillus subtilis and B. subtilis (B2) isolate was selected for this study according to their resistance to all five heavy metals chlorides. The ability of B. subtilis (B2) isolate for growing in different concentration of heavy metals chlorides ranging from 200-1200 µg/ml was tested.
