Achieving reliable operation under the influence of deep-submicrometer noise sources including crosstalk noise at low voltage operation is a major challenge for network on chip links. In this paper, we propose a coding scheme that simultaneously addresses crosstalk effects on signal delay and detects up to seven random errors through wire duplication and simple parity checks calculated over the rows and columns of the two-dimensional data. Text based-image clustering (TBIC) is an insufficient approach for clustering related web images. It is a challenging task to abstract the visual features of images with the support of textual information in a database. In content-based image clustering (CBIC), image data are clustered on the foundation of specific features like texture, colors, boundaries, shapes. In this paper, an effective CBIC) technique is presented, which uses texture and statistical features of the images. The statistical features or moments of colors (mean, skewness, standard deviation, kurtosis, and variance) are extracted from the images. These features are collected in a one dimension array, and then genetic algorithm (GA) is applied for image clustering.

The present studies are focused on the modification of the properties of epoxy resin with different additives namely aluminum, copper by preparing of composites systems with percentage (20%, 40% and 50%) of the above additives. The experimental results show that the D.C of conductivity on wt% filler content at ( 293-413 ) K electrical conductivity of all above composites increased with temperature for composites with filler contact and find the excellent electrical conductivity of copper and lie between (2.6*10-10 - 2.1*10-10)?.cm . The activation energy of the electrical conductivity is determined and found to decrease with increasing the filler concentration.

The prior information is described as linear stochastic restrictions. We study the properties and the performances of these estimators compared to other common estimators using the mean squared error as a criterion for the goodness of fit. A numerical example and a simulation study are proposed to explain the performance of the estimators.
