Background/purpose. This research aims to assess the level of organizational sustainability among deans of colleges at Anbar University from the perspective of academic department heads. Materials/methods. The current study sample consisted of 50 department heads, representing 50% of the total population of 101 academic department heads. The research followed a descriptive-analytical method. A questionnaire comprising three dimensions (economic, social, and environmental) was prepared and distributed to 50 heads of academic departments from various colleges at Anbar University between January 1 and February 6, 2025. The collected data were scrutinized statistically to evaluate the level of organizational sustainability. Results. The research findings demonstrated that the level of organizational sustainability among deans of colleges at Anbar University was good, as perceived by the heads of academic departments. With an arithmetic mean of (4.69) and a standard deviation of (0.827), this echoes embracing a participatory approach in the administrative work environment, which enriches sustainability in all its facets within the workflow. The result correspondingly reveals that organizational sustainability among deans lies in developing a positive organizational climate that prioritizes collective interests over personal interests. It fosters a sense of shared identity and promotes constant cooperation among college members, thereby providing the college and university with a competitive advantage over other academic institutions. Conclusion. It is vital to concentrate on contemporary administrative approaches, incorporating organizational sustainability within college administrations. This can be achieved by adopting a teamwork approach, motivating employees to take initiative outside the scope of formal instructions, and allowing them the freedom to select the most suitable approach for completing tasks. This can also be accomplished by publicizing democratic methods in colleges and granting employees the freedom to convey their opinions and suggestions when developing administrative development approaches. Ultimately, the research finalizes with a set of recommendations to enhance the organizational sustainability of academic department heads.
The current study is designed to investigate the histological and immunohistochemical characteristics of the thyroid gland in adult male Sciurus anamalus. This study found that the thyroid gland of the Caucasian squirrel is located in the neck area, below the larynx, on both sides of the trachea. It has two lobes (right and left) with cylindrical shape. The histological studies revealed that the thyroid gland is surrounded by a capsule which consists of connective tissue and forming of two layers which are outer layer and inner layer, and a layer of adipose tissue appears overlapping the outer layer. The inner tissue of the gland consists of follicles with different shapes and sizes, and is lined with simple cuboidal epithelial tissue (foll

In ALL, too many bone marrow stem cells develop into a type of white blood cell called lymphocytes. These abnormal lymphocytes are not able to fight infection very well. The aim of this study was to investigate possible links between E3 SUMO-Protein Ligase NSE2 [NSMCE2] and increase DNA damage in the childhood patients with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Laboratory investigations including hemoglobin(Hb) ,white blood cell (WBC) , serum total protein , albumin ,globulin , in addition to serum total antioxidant activity (TAA) , Advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) and E3 SUMO-Protein Ligase NSE2[NSMCE2]. (C.H.N) analyses, infrared spectra, UV–vis electronic absorption spectra, 1H and 13CNMR spectral mechanisms are use to identified of the ligands. Complexes of Ni+2 and Cu+2 were performed as well depicted. The formation of complexes has been identified by using atomic absorption of flame, elemental analysis, infrared spectra and UV-Vis spectral process as well conductivity and magnetic quantifications. A retrospective cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted on 46 male patients with hemophilia A and inhibitors treated at a public children’s hospital in Baghdad. Data collection was conducted between November 2024 and March 2025. Clinical and economic data were retrospectively collected for a 12-m
The largest use of x-ray in medical by dentists, employers or persons that needed by patients with specific conditions, lead to higher exposure of x-ray that may cause many diseases. In the present work radiography films have been used in evaluating the efficiency of using unsaturated polyester polymer reinforced with lead oxide (PbO) as shield material for medical x-ray devices, many parameters studied like concentration and thickness that they are increasing the attenuation of x-ray in them. The results show that the attenuation of X-ray increasing with concentration of reinforced material and with thickness, and the optical density decreases with increasing concentration from 0% to 50%, we chose 30% as suitable concentration to increase

The impact of SCS sections with various core materials on the structural performance of composites has not yet been fully explored experimentally, and in this work, both slag and polypropylene fibers were incorporated in producing eco-friendly steel-concrete-steel composite sections. This study examined the ductility, ultimate strength, failure modes, and energy absorption capacities of steel-concrete-steel filled with eco-friendly concrete, enhanced by polypropylene fiber (PPF) to understand its impact on modern structural projects. Eco-friendly concrete was produced by the partial
